@@juliankuranay6346 I would encourage to check out your national laws. I can only talk for Sweden but here you need a Short Range Certificate (SRC) in order to use VHF radios. You don´t need that to own a radio and only use it to listen, but if you want to buy a VHF radio I´m guessing you will want to transmit, legally, as well.
So, you encourage people NOT to read indtructions. Most important thing is to read the instructions. For instance, read the little yellow coloured leaflet. Not showing a great example to the younger sailors.
This could have been a good video had you spent the time setting up and programming the radio, rather than hunting and pecking around trying to figure it out on your own. You didn’t really provide much benefit for new users.

You do not need a license to utilize a Marine Radio! Just make sure to adhere to the Marine Radio Band Plan. You can find it online.
