    Ingredients:
    -500grams minced mutton or beef
    -200grams Meat Bones
    -2 Medium Potatoes-Peeled and largely chopped
    -¼ Cup Mustard Oil
    -2 Tablespoon Ghee
    -2 Large Sliced Onions
    -1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Garlic
    -1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Ginger
    -3 Medium Tomatoes-Chopped
    -½ Cup Yoghurt
    -1 Cinnamon Stick
    -2 Black Cardamom
    -5 Cloves
    -5 Black Peppercorns
    -2 Green Chillies
    -½ Teaspoon Garam Masala
    -½ Teaspoon Red Chilli
    -1 Teaspoon Tumeric Powder
    -1 Teaspoon Salt
    -½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
    -½ Teaspoon Powdered Cumin
    -½ Tablespoon Powdered Coriander
    -1/2 Tablespoon Kasuri Methi
    Garnishing Ingredients:
    -Fresh Ginger (Julienne)
    -Fresh Coriander
    Method:
    -Pour mustard oil and ghee in a heated pan and allow oil to heat up. Once oil is heated, cook oil on a medium heat for 5 Minutes.
    -Add meat bones and cook till browned.
    -Add sliced onions and simmer with the bones until softened.
    -Place the minced meat to the pan and stir until the meat has browned.
    -Once browned, add the chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies.
    -Mix in salt and turmeric, allowing the mixture to simmer for a minute before adding cloves, black peppercorns, black cardamom and cinnamon stick.
    -Add in chilli, cumin and coriander powder.
    -Mix in the chopped tomatoes and allow to simmer for a few minutes, followed by yoghurt and potatoes. Mix and cover the pan and allow to cook on a low heat until the meat and potatoes are cooked.
