computation po ng patronage refund
Depende po ito sir ronnie sa policy ng cooperative kung saan kayo member. Ang nakalagay lang po sa Guideline natin basta not less than thirty percent ng net surplus (wala na statutory reserves) at hindi dapat more than twice ng rate ng dividend
magandang umaga po , paano po pag yung patronage refund is hndi ibinigay sa empleyado dahil nagpa dole si empleyado at naghihintay ng desicion ng arbiter , ang katwiran ng manager ng coop saka ibibigay pag lumabas na desicion ng arbiter .. tama po ba yun ?
Magandang buhay, hindi po ako expert dito however, since nagkaroon ng issue between employee at ng coop, I believe it is right po na i-hold muna lahat hanggang sa matapos ang investigation ng issue at maresolve po ito.
Isang beses lang po ba makatatanggap ng patronage refund?
Magandang buhay po! Depende po ito sa policy ng cooperative. In most cases po ito ay annually, kasabay ng dividends at naka-base sa numbers ng shares mo at sa mga product na tinangkilik natin.
