Yes it is most likely your pto brake. If you follow the video it will be located in the same place. I don’t remember off the top of my head which is the brake pad and which is the clutch pad but I know they are in the same place. You could try changing the pto solenoid that might do it and it’s much easier.

Great video. I have an 8200 and the pto won’t shutoff. One time after starting the tractor it had stopped. Any ideas what could be wrong?
