This feels like a literal access to the Jedi Archives themselves.
Also you're segment about the Infinite Empire reminds me of 'The Fall of the Infinite Empire' by Dentedpat one of the best fanfics I've read and imo the best explanation for what exactly happened to the Rakatans. I'd share a link but I'm pretty sure comment filters don't like that.
