I left mine in the garage in sub zero temperatures and snapped a buckle fastening them up. I e-mailed O’Neal customer support and they sent me a full set of replacement buckles free of charge. Awesome boots and awesome customer service.
Thank you for this review. How do these compare to the Forma when it comes to waterproofing? I have narrowed my choice to the O'Neal Sierra Pro and Forma Touring Adventure Dry and seems I can't decide between them.
To me waterproof is equal. Forma is better for walking off bike. O’Neal has better sole durability. O’Neal is good off bike too, just not as soft & subtle as Forma.
Hands down forma adventure. They are excellent for hiking off bike, feel like a good hiking boot when walking. I still use them at camp & love ‘em! Thanks for watching!!
These boots are apparently too narrow even for you - look how your foot protrudes through the outer side! You must feel pretty squeezed in these boots. And this is despite the fact you have a foot shape that is wide in the toe box and with the toe part being pretty short. Many people have feet that are wide in the middle part or at 2/3 of the foot, with small toes shifted back relative to the big toe. These shoes would be very uncomfortable for such people, including myself. So, when you say: "these boots are comfortable", keep in mind that all feet are different.
Awhile back I was looking at buying these boots and I wish I did, they were a very good price. The Biden factor has put me in a position where it’s might be necessities only a few years
I run Gaerne Fastback Endurance when I’m running more hardcore off road, I am very happy with those comfort wise. I still run the Forma Adventure for non-trail riding, they are excellent, just very soft sole.

Not so much a “budget” boot anymore.
Forgetting the abused sole, which of your boots would you say are best for walking or hiking?

Do your jeans fit over the boot?
They do, I wanted to put that in the vid & I forgot!
