There are so many great recipes from Amy and Jacky. When I first started to use my Instant Pot I felt so comfortable and confident to use your recipe for Spaghetti meatballs/ground beef. All the instructions had been carefully tested and explained. There were also great photos to guide me. I feel so comfortable today using the iP and I owe that all to you! I can’t thank you enough. Thank goodness for all your hard work and for your recipes! I’ve been heavily relying on them during this pandemic to cook food for my family. Your recipes are always very clear with detailed directions! It’s hard to pick just one but my favorite recipe would be the cauliflower soup. It was one of the first recipes I’ve tried when I first got the IP. I also love the turkey breast recipe, it’s so much faster and easier than the traditional way of cooking the bird. The butter chicken and egg custard recipes are also so yummy. There are just too many that I like! Thanks again for your recipes!

Your website was the very first one we found and tried when we got our first Instant Pot. Without a doubt, your recipes are the best we've found. I have a pepper allergy and your recipes are easily adaptable without pepper or spicy ingredients. Picking a favorite is almost impossible...but if I must pick one, I'd say it is the Pot Roast (beef) with the umami gravy. The flavor is simply amazing. This was the very first recipe we tried and we fell in love with both your recipes and the instant pot. Thank you so much for all the fantastic recipes, videos and detailed explanations of why you did the recipes the way you did them. I can't wait to try these ribs.

Hi Amy and Jacky! Thanks for your delicious recipes. I Will try this rib recipe this week. I marinated the ribs like you did but I have been used BBQ sauce when broil for the last 10’.
BTW, I love your Hainanese chicken rice, especially the soy sauce dripping.

I almost always make my ribs in the Instant Pot now, but I usually use a homemade bbq sauce. I definitely have to try this sauce now. This may sound weird, but my favorite recipe of yours isn't really a recipe at all, it's more of a "guide to". It's how you cook your vegetables in the Instant Pot...I never fail when I follow your advice! Thank you for another oh so tasty sounding recipe.

I love ribs so your Instant Pot BBQ Ribs recipe has been my favorite for a while. I bought a rack of baby back ribs on Sat. and was going to make some BBQ ribs on Sunday. Lo & behold, the notification came on and I saw that you've posted this new recipe. Perfect timing!!! I've tried this new recipe for Sunday dinner but had to finish cooking in the oven since I don't have an air fryer. The Honey Garlic sauce was amazing and the ribs were so flavorful. This Instant Pot Honey Garlic Ribs is now my new favorite go to recipe for easy and amazing ribs. I'll be making this recipe again this coming Sunday for Mother's Day. Thank you!!!

Love how you put this v-log together :) It was fun to watch. The ribs look mouth watering. Actually the recipe that I use the most so far is your simplest one. Cooking a whole chicken. I use it so often. Then I use the chicken and broth for many different meal recipes. When I first learned about the "0" minute cook time from you, I was so impressed. May the "sauce" be with you too. Hi, My favorite Amy and Jacky recipe is the Steel Cut Oatmeal. It was a quick and tasty breakfast for our busy mornings. Now we love it for our slower and more relaxing morning breakfast.
