Here is some wish for the future. MQTT Node Red Connection for read and show some Variables ... and maybe its only a ideea, some alarm ring, with some pizo element at the esp82 what will make noise for weekup and some buzzer for close the alarm.

Some 4 unit modules are wired differently to an FC-16 module and give an upside down display. You can check this by mapping out the pins on the MAX7219 to the pins on the led matrix. A little tip...make sure there is 5 volts getting to all the 8x8 modules or the display gives erratic results.

I was just letting people know that there are differences between the 4 digit modules...some printed boards are the same as an FC-16 and some give an upside down display...they look great reflecting on a shiny black surface or a headup type display.

Gan punay saya pake nodemcu esp8266 , ada kesulitan gngak bisa connect pas awalnay karena di layar nggak keluar kode EM xxx dan di hp juga tidak terdeteksi SSID si ESP. Namun saya akhirnya bisa connct via IP address. Nah cuma masalahnay muncul ketika mau update masukin youtuba api key , karena harus upgrade firmware dulu ya ? , ndahh saya coba upgrade via OTA nggak bisa gan ? di bilaangya permission denied . solusinay gimana ya? ...
update: kalau diliat dr google api nya sudah keluar graphicnya ... berarti api requestnya berjalan normal , tapi di layar matrixnya tidak keluar apa2 nih .. , gimana ya solusinya
Those whom trying with nodemcu, flash via pc and you will be able to find the ap visible, if you try to flash nodemcu via android for some reason ap doesn't show up
Hi, who can help me: -I loaded the firmware via otg; -the display shows the writing EM-3544; -I connect in wifi to the EM-3544 network; - then I choose the home wifi network to which EM-3544 must be connected; -the smartphone tells me that the display is connected to the home network but after a few seconds the display turns off, then the message EM-3544 reappears, then --AP-- and after that EM-3544....pls help me. thanks

vivi 83200 oui j’ai coupé le wifi de ma box orange, et puis j’ai flashé et là il est reconnu. Ensuite j’ai reconnecté le wifi de la box. Par contre pour qu’il arrive à se connecter à la box il a fallu que je crée un hotspot wifi invité sur la box sans clé en mode ouvert. Et là tout fonctionne. C’est bien le wifi de la box qui pose problème dès le départ.

Its not working I try both of them (APmode & NTC) and i cant find wifi net work . I try it on Nudemcu but without conect to ds3231 and matrix

Connect to smartphone for uploading firmware to wemos.

Suhu. Upload sudah berhasil, tapi ketika app digunakan ssid : em-xxxx tidak terdeteksi, minta solusinya bang.
Kemungkinan esp8266 sudah terhubung ke wifi, bisa dicek statusnya lewat serial monitor, atau bisa dilihat dari display muncul ap/sta
sync ke devicenya gagal pak . error terus . padahal EM-XXXX udh bener . adakah solusinya pak ? 🙏

J’ai récupéré un android, j’ai bien envoyé le firmware vers le wemos d1 mini, mais quand je scan il ne le trouve pas
