I may do one in the near future. I don't think there's a video on it on youtube. There's a lot of factors that play a role in staying trim. I think cooking from scratch helps with that. Be careful not to turn into your inner fat girl lol Try your best to prevent that from happening!

I love it. Man you can bake. I made the pralines. They were delicious, but I don't think they cooked long enough, because they were too soft. I will get it right next time. Charlie you use the best ingredients. I see you. Using that expensive chocolate. Love the videos.

Hey Charlie, I just wanted to let you know that you’re my hero this Fat Tuesday! I made jambalaya, cornbread and your absolutely scrumptious fudge brownie with the praline top, my family really loved it! I wish I could send you a picture of it. I am not a great baker, but your recipe was easy to follow and so I had no trouble with it, especially the praline topping, and I adore praline, so I wanted to get that right especially. I just made these for a BYO dessert xmas party. I wanted to bring the best possible dessert and so I chose your praline brownies. I made the brownies the night before and was going to do the praline topping the next day but we had a medical emergency and so I didnt have time to mess with the topping instructions. I tried to do it in the microwave but I quickly realized it wasn’t going to turn out right so I quick made sticky bun topping in the microwave using brown sugar, butter, cream, and vanilla. Nuke 2 min. Stir. Repeat several times. I was quickly running out of time so I added the confectioners sugar and some milk to thin it out and quick poured it on to of my brownies (I overcooked my brownies by 5 min, too, because I can’t figure out my timer but they still came out great and nice and chewy). My topping was too thick...like fudge...but I had no time to fix so I quick poured it on top of the brownies and then quick sprinkled on a bunch of chopped pecans and pressed them down by hand onto the topping...no time to stir them in and it was too thick anyway. Then I quick cut them up to fit on my xmas tray and ran them downstairs to the party to drop them off with just minutes to spare, and then ran back to the hospital. Whew. When I came back 3 hrs later the brownies were all gone and the girls said they were a big hit. I really want to do this recipe again when I have more time for the topping.
