I feel like the one kind of mosquito that we shouldn’t get rid of is the elephant mosquito, or the Toxorhynchites, because they do not EVER bite humans or other animals. The Toxorhynchites eat flower nectar, rotten fruit juices, plant sap and many other organic things.

If you have a fish pond on your property, go to the fish store and get a few small minnows that are simply called Mosquito Eaters. I know they have another name, but they will know what you are talking about. They are small minnows that primarily eat mosquito larvae, which live in water, and the Mosquito Eaters breed like crazy, you may start out with having 5 or 6, soon you will have hundreds in your pond, but dont ever get rid of them, keep them

When they bite me somewhere that isnt horrible to have the itch I flex the muscle so they cant stop drinking and they pop. its satisfying and totally worth the allergy bump itch

Say a mosquito bites your arm-if you squeeze the skin around the mosquito without it flying off, your blood is pushed in copious amounts into the mosquitoes abdomen, and the mosquito literally explodes. I've done it a few times, my grandpa showed me lol
These facts may seem fascinating, but that doesn't change the fact that I hate mosquitos. Number 4 solidified that for me.

Billythachikk You're certainly not in any position to determine that. Efforts are continually being made to make processes more efficient. Systems are upgraded, advances are made, so yours is a moot point.

Why would we fully eliminate an organism? Even if it's a threat to humanity and other animals, they're just another living being trying to survive

I generally love animals of all shapes and sizes, but Mosquitoes are the only thing that I legitimately hate and utterly loathe with a fiery passion. I mean, I know they feed other animals and such, but holy shit I cannot express how much I HATE MOSQUITOES!!!
I am worried, everything exist for a reason, sure they are bad, but destroying or temper with animal bio structure may cause big problems.
