what isn't ;) basically everything during the "standoff" across the precipice, the 6 strawhats on the crenellations, the burning flag, Robins "I want to live", "dereshishishi", Sogeking backlit by the sun, Rocketmans jump across the precipice, to name but a few ... imo :D
“I'm sorry. I wanted to carry everyone just a little bit further. I had so much fun. I wish our adventures would never end…” Errbody gangsta 'til the sinking boat starts talking. Still can't think about it without tearing up. 😭
This arc, the whole saga really, as early as Long Ring Long Land (yes, even here), is such an emotional rollercoaster, giving you whiplash at times (in the best way) ! Also, Robins flashback is, to this day, my favourite flashback. It checks all the OP boxes of tragedy - personal tragedy internally and with family/friends (isolation and loss) and societal/global (ignorance and destruction) while sprinkling in some joy (Saul, the researchers in the tree, the reunion with Olvia). Also, simply the fact that there is a destruction of knowledge is such a haunting image that it is hard to forget
What was the most iconic moment in Enies Lobby for you?
