At my Dollar Tree every coupon was beeping, even though it was valid products/quantities. The cashier said they can "no longer accept coupons with 2 barcodes." I informed her that literally EVERY coupon has 2 barcodes and if that's their policy then they are going against corporate coupon policy. I asked her to cover one of the barcodes with her finger and lo and behold, IT WORKED! I know some of you have also had a problem with every coupon beeping, so maybe you can ask the cashier or manager at your local stores to cover one of the barcodes to see if they work for you.
That dollar tree is so clean. Mine is always a WRECK

I was at my Dollar Tree today and they had a sign taped right on the register that they accept Manufacturer Coupon's! Naturally, I didn't have any on me today but I was glad to see the sign!

I have been really nervous about couponing at Dollar Tree for a long time. Watching your videos encouraged me. Last week I went to dollar tree and attempted to use one Scotties tissue. Of course it beeped and did not go through, the cashier was ignorant about coupons; she called her manager who had to be called 3 times before coming over, and she was just as useless. They were not coupon trained and by this time the line behind me was building up as this was the only register open. Both cashier and manager stared at a the coupon like it was written in Chinese and then eventually just said, “sorry, it’s not going through.” I eventually told them, just forget it, I’m not going to hold up this line any further over $0.75. Grabbed my coupon, paid and stormed off for feeling like such a loser. I hate this feeling...this is why it took me MONTHS to get the courage to try couponing at DT. I feel like everyone in the store was judging me for attempting to use a freaking coupon. Argh!!!
Im so scared of that too so i avoid DT. Maybe try another DT in your area and maybe even call ahead and asked if the store has an understanding of coupons.
Sorry that happened to you! I feel the same way about holding up lines and people getting annoyed with waiting in line. Maybe you can find a store that has friendly staff and go when it first opens since it's not as busy usually.
That has happened to me MANY times. I stand my ground. I apologize to the people in line behind me by saying "I'm sorry, they're used to me at my local DT. They're still learning here." And that usually speeds them up lmao

I tried to use the jimmy dean as well and they said I can only use one coupon in one transaction!
My total was 31 and I got it down to 17 before tax so thank you for your videos!!! The person that checked me out said, this lady has a million coupons! Lol😝

Hope's World I get them from the Sunday paper. If you know any of the people in a gas station or anything like that, they may give you the inserts Sunday night or Monday. I know some that do that.

My normal dollar tree sucks lol they will refuse to let the coupon go through even when they agree it should work. I went to another one today though, not so neat and not as much product, but they were really nice about the coupons. Still searching for my perfect dollar tree haha.

This was an awesome dollar tree haul! I'm going to have to order me some coupons. I need extra help all the time. Right now my little family is struggling financially and I do shop at dollar tree for many items even food. If I could save some money on items that would help my family so much. I will not get into all the details because it will just get me depressed. Living in a shelter and struggling is hard on a mother mentally. God bless you. The fruit snack deals is a huge savings. We have motts 10 count fruit roll up in our dollar tree. They r regular priced at 2.98 at my grocery store so getting 2 for $1 for excellent. I got lots of boxes. Lol.

There might be something wrong with their system. My DT has been having issues with the coupons, mostly food. She was a lil ticked at the register beeping when she thought it shouldn't. At least I was her last customer for the day.
where i worked at dollar tree we didn't take coupons or food stamps. i know they take food stamps now but i didn't think they took coupons.

Listen just one quick thing; I didn’t think the Dove coupons beeped. Did they? I’m just asking because I don’t like to try and use them if I already know they beep. Even though the manager at the store I go to is super nice as well, and will push them through if they’re for the right product.

I tried using the coupons for the cereal and the girl told me I couldn’t use it because it was only for the box cereal and not the bag..🤔🤔🤔 I guess it all depends who is at the register but thank u for sharing your videos
The manager at my dollar tree said the same thing. She said even though it didn’t specify weight/size it did say “box” underlined and bolded. I know my dollar tree does get certain cereal boxes that those coupons could work on. But the manager said the bags are considered “trial size” 🤷♀️
Whenever in doubt, I just email the manufacturers marketing department and verify. That way if I'm right, They can look at the email and get educated lol
lvatel12 there are some dollar tree I go to and they accept the coupons and put it through but their too far from my house so I don’t bother arguing with them

Same here. All of the dollar trees near me will not accept because it says boxes. I am cool with that because they are correct, it does say boxes and those are bags.

My Jimmy dean coupons beeped too and they wouldn't push it through. I had a bunch of coupons that beeped and I didnt want to argue with them.
