I don't see why being a Mom and having a designer bag are mutually exclusive, just because you have kids doesn't mean you suddenly hate fashion and designer labels. Better to use it as a diaper bag than to just leave it gathering dust, because then you'd get complaints saying 'OMG why would you buy an expensive designer bag and not use it? Such a waste of money bla bla bla.' Seems like you can't win no matter what you do.

I use my speedy bandouliere 30 as a diaper bag and I’ve had people judge me for it too.... it’s my bag and I want to use it, I’m not gonna store it in the closet just because i have to carry my baby things in it. It’s meant to be used not collect dust.
I think that you should be able to use whatever bag you want as a diaper bag. Not only will you use the bag, but it’s good to have cute things that make you happy. If I were you, I would carry around as many pink things as I want. Some people don’t get it. Anyways, I love your family and your bag is super cute. PS: do you think that maybe you could do a “favorite brands” type of thing? Not just for baby products, but also for clothes!
I think a purse helps me feel a bit more girly and makes me feel good after being a mommy and carrying a diaper bag for so long it feels good to carry something super cute !
