I remember when I first bought this CD. The guy at the register told me I will not be disappointed. He was right I think this CD is one of their best. I Love all the tracks and that was back in 1990. Still listening in 2020. I recently found out that Johnny Marr (The Smiths) is on a couple of tracks playing the guitar.

PSP 1989 album is my favorite one. That particular song is the autmost they done to broke the system. PSB contribution in Soviet Unioun Collapse is really huge! The video for the song is kind of nostalgie. But I'm not going to roll back the time. The song is the greatest! 20 years ago I've enjoyed in on TDK cassette, now on RUclips. Neil, Chris and tehir temam are man of great music skills!

I love the positive imagery. Not knowing much about the Soviet Union, it is refreshing to see celebrated moments and beautiful relationships in a proud nation. This has always been my favorite Pet Shop Boys song as well. Thank you for the warm feeling.
Huge respect to the author!! Selection of photos is exquisite, delicate...very delicate. One paint in another.....shades, colours, hints. Very often - beautiful in spite of the period depicted! Aprox. at 6.50 - sound is being changed and starts resound with new colours! Also very delicate moment when there is a logical end of the track - closer to 6.20 and photos of the ballet dancers appears which fit with the music!

This is not taught in any U.S. high schools. Thank you so much for the history lesson. Now I know the reference.
