I finally figured out how’s he doing it. For the people who are using the move and also meter burning but still not getting the armor, it’s kind of tricky. You have to press back forward 2, and as soon as you let go of 2 press and hold meter burn and it meter burns. Go to practice and practice it. Set someone like Firestorm to wake up attack with fusion charge and you’ll eventually understand it.
