It blows my mind some peoples oblivious opinions after empire of storms, they get soo mad at Sarah J Maas and don't even give TOD a try, read the books and know it's going to get boring but she's an amazing writer so stick it out. I am going to blow thru Kingdom of Ash.
I was so into Aelins story that this book was awful, until part two. i refused to skip over the book like some people suggested because i didn’t want to miss anything, and i’m so glad i didn’t. it took me days to read the first part of the book because i was so bored and uninterested, but come part two, i finished the book in hours. part two is so crucial and so enveloping that i am glad i decided to trudge through part one. DONT SKIP, even if it feels terrible, it will get better!
i dont remember if aelin knew or had an inkling in heir of fire, but didnt she burn maeves castle-palast-thing?? and wasnt maeve super freaked out by it?? am i remembering this correctly?
