Main kafi time se pareshan hun Mera stool sahi se fom nahin hota
Khana khane ke bad bharipan rahata hai gas bahut banti hai aur munh mein Pani aata rahata hai (1)ultrasound mein faty liver aaya
(2) Endoscopy karai report normal'
Body weigh 74 kg h vajan Kam nahin hota Lekin sharir patla ho raha hai
