Little Ireland has some of the best quality Beef/Lamb in the world. One advantage to living on a wet rainy rock in the middle of the Atlantic is we have alot of grass
The dairy is also insanely good. When I visited a few years ago I found myself buying a pint of milk every time I stopped for fuel just because it was that good I couldn't get enough
A snake bite in the UK is a 50/50 mix of cider and lager, the drink you guy's made is a Poor Man's Black Velvet. Champagne and Guinness being a non Poor Man's Velvet. Looks amazing, nothing like cooking over flames.
I really love these roadtrip video series' you've been doing. It reminds me of the times back in the day when I was younger that me and my friends would all go on trips like this, cook with what we had, good drinks, late nights of talking, cutting up and fun. The food looks great, but honestly, I just enjoy seeing ya'll have a good time like a bunch of close friends should....make memories that will last a lifetime. Can't wait to see the next cooks.... CC
When you said yall were going to Galway. I cried out, "What no more castle content!" You guys had a great time. Fireplace food is humbling. Yall rocked it like the professionals yall are.
I stayed in a castle in Wales built 500 AD, could not get any sleep. It also boggles my mind that there are buildings that old in the world and history going waaay back to before this country was founded.
Hope you guys did a bit of driving as there is probably the best scenic views about 40-50 mins out of galway, inland for mountain and lakeside drives and along the coast for beautiful inlets and some wild coastline
Really enjoy these travel videos. But the absolute coolest thing about this is, "is that Brooke seems to be good with Brad doing these adventures without her" Here's to Brooke!!!
Great video! Love the castle. The friendly ghost might be a bit freaky, but wow the fireplace cooking worked out great. Fantastic fish and steaks. Reminds me of my childhood when my dad grilled on the fireplace too. The 2nd fireplace back in the aft section of the double farm house I grew up in in Holland. The main fireplace in the living room was for special occasions.. the 2nd fireplace in what used to be the barn but was turned into a lounge/bar area, with a sauna. That one was used for all sorts of great things
Congratulations! Joined a few months ago and glad i found a fact based political channel without all the extravaganza other youtubers/commenters fluff their videos with. Always on point and looking for more of that professionalism ahead!
I once spent a week when I was 14 locked in my basement. Long story, doesn't matter. Everything a person needs is down there except for somewhere to cook the food. We kept a lot of food downstairs. ANYway... I cooked on the fireplace nightly. Honestly... It was the best time my family ever went on a trip. I never went with. Also long story.
Watching Brad walk down that staircase from the tower I was imagining doing that after a few adult beverages looking for the facilities, and thinking.. Nope!!
I'm kind of surprised by how small castles are. When I think of a castle I always think of like something huge with multiple towers and ramparts and moats and draw bridges and like 50 rooms or something. The castle in this video, and a few others I've seen seem to be kind of tall, but no bigger as far as square footage than a typical suburban home, if not slightly smaller. Back a few centuries they must have been considered gigantic though. I would love to see the reactions of someone from the middle ages seeing a run of the mill middle class suburban neighborhood in the US today.
Christ, at least you made it to Sheridan's. Good feckin cheese. You missed the good bleu and the best cheddar that's caramelized and is beautiful and sweet.... That's what you get for not hitting up your Texan Irish fans!

nailing a steak that well on a fireplace is really impressive IMO
It's really not much different from cooking on a chudbox
Chuds live fire cooking series? Yes please.
A snake bite in the UK is a 50/50 mix of cider and lager, the drink you guy's made is a Poor Man's Black Velvet. Champagne and Guinness being a non Poor Man's Velvet. Looks amazing, nothing like cooking over flames.
Deboning that northern pike looked satisfying. Need to learn that
Open fire cooking in the backyard....ROCKS! You will not regret the addition!!!
Absolutely adore your vlogs, this is so much fun!
Cooking over a home fireplace is a blast. Very cool. And is Bones ever not happy, smiling, and laughing?!
Chef Bones is clearly high as kite.
Bones is the goat
Looking at this Ireland series , the lads had a great time.

Hell yes. Reminds me of cooking fresh Caribou tenderloin over a fire in Labrador.
I love that y'all like to go fishing on the trips. A Rockport trip would be cool when y'all get back to Texas.
Yep before it gets really cold
Flying into Ireland Monday, for a conference. Happy to air deliver anything you need.
Beautiful chalk board artwork at 8:06
These fireplace meats looked incredible!
When you said yall were going to Galway. I cried out, "What no more castle content!" You guys had a great time. Fireplace food is humbling. Yall rocked it like the professionals yall are.
THAT STEAK WAS PERFECTION
The best I’ve ever seen pike cooked!
I'm super jealous of the fireplace cook. I wanna do that now
Cool to see you hanging out in my homeland 🇮🇪
Wow. Good times.
Awesome tour. And cooking on a fireplace who'd of thought.. Lol
What a great guys event!

Epic cooks on another epic vid!
That steak , that pork, that fish and that view!!! 🤯
Evan LeRoy looks like a younger Mike Stoklasa and that's not a thought I expected my brain to spawn today
I finally figured out who Matt reminds me of. Tim Alexander of Primus, specifically from the Wynona’s Big Brown Beaver video.
Primus sucks!
Hope you guys did a bit of driving as there is probably the best scenic views about 40-50 mins out of galway, inland for mountain and lakeside drives and along the coast for beautiful inlets and some wild coastline
THAT'S BLOODY BEAUTIFUL 😍!!
Looks like you guys are having a blast.
I bet that it would be quite a challenge getting down those stairs in that castle after 12 pints of Guinness. Fun to try and a great video idea.
Eerily good on location episode Brad - Thanks. - Cheers!
@4:21 That is a 'poorman's Black Velvet, (the original made with Guinness & Champagne). Snakebite in the UK is Lager & Cider.
Super video! Enjoy and keep the world updated!
I'm in love with that castle 🏰 !!!! Nice and pleasant episode Brad..!!! Hell of a trip
Really enjoy these travel videos. But the absolute coolest thing about this is, "is that Brooke seems to be good with Brad doing these adventures without her" Here's to Brooke!!!
Love the prosmoke shout out 🙌 Best BBQ shop in the UK
That place looks awesome! Dinner looked amazing as well!
The on the road type shows are fantastic 👍
Bloody... marvelous.
Living your best life!
Homes in Argentina have stove height "fire places" that they use to grill indoors!
“Do ya think they have pubs there?” 🤣
Awesome!
Little fish was a Redfin (in Australia) great eating!
It looks bloody delicious!
That would be such an awesome experience! Would love to stay in a castle.
@overnight needs to come check that castle out!
That's some heavy tackle boys..
Bloody good looking meats
Great video! Love the castle. The friendly ghost might be a bit freaky, but wow the fireplace cooking worked out great.

Looks bloody good!
So romantic *metal music in background* 😂
Flogging Molly
this castle can withstand a hurricane :D
Can't wait to see the Germany videos!
Nice work chaps! I'm sure that castle hasn't smelt so good in a very long, long time. Cheers!
I want to stay at that castle now!
Next review of that airbnb will be along the lines of 'beautiful place, but it smells like fish'. Cheers for the vid :)
A really thick "porkerhouse" is perhaps the best and surely the most under appreciated cut of meat. 1/4 the price of a ribeye, just as good.
Such a romantic guys vacation ❤
Thanks.
You guys need to visit seans bar in Athlone! Irelands oldest bar! They have their own whiskey.
Oh we did pay a visit!
Congratulations! Joined a few months ago and glad i found a fact based political channel without all the extravaganza other youtubers/commenters fluff their videos with. Always on point and looking for more of that professionalism ahead!
Need to go back
You are all blessed
Bloody damn good!
great company for sure!
Damn Texans burnt the chrome plating off the oven grates on the fireplace 🤣
Living the dream boys! I want to get there some day!
Most beautiful place I've ever seen. Definitely make it a bucket list item to visit Ireland
Saxa salt on a Wagyu has never happened before or since
That's a Bloody Good Looking Steak -- Challenge Accepted
Damn. Cool damn castle. Those pike and perch were just begging for an Irish fish fry...
a "snakebite" in the UK is half and half cider and lager.
No one cares about the Brits.
Chud Day!!!
Bloody....... Hell that looks delicious
we call a Guinness over a cider a crown float way up in Canada.
Perfect medium rare steak
If you're looking for shrimp chips try the calbee shrimp chips I think they're called. Friggin dank lol great video

This was great! I'd be pissed if I rented a castle and it wasn't haunted.
the best

Bloody!!
Nice👍👍👍
I love everything about this video except for that hideous table salt which you put on the wagyu. Still, 10/10 video as always. What a trip
Bloody Nice. :)
Nice Video
I would like to record some drums in that castle.
Anyone else feel like this would be the perfect plot/setting for a found-footage horror film?
Yall disrespected that wagyu 🤣
Did I hear Merle Haggard playing in the car when you were going to Galway?
Come to north wales!!! Or chester/Liverpool

Céad Míle Fáilte. Shenanigans from a whee Leprechaun.
Irish Sausagefest 2024
Awesome to see a UK episode! 😀
Ireland is not a part of the UK.
You were probably visited by a Leprechaun, they tend to be a bit mischievous and enjoy cobbling.
For the algorithms bay bay!!!
