Correct yourself - Privatisation was first introduced by PV Narasimha Rao with Manmohan Singh as finance minister, that time they were trying to burden off from the government shoulders and let other business firms join with government to allow them to hire more people required and just give government tax out of it. That example is almost same to this thing. On top of that bohot saarey govt colleges ka toh fees ajkal private ke paas ja raha hai. And just providing man power is not enough. The auxiliary staff needs to be trained . And infra improved. 5 years bond Dene ki zaroorat isiliye hai because no one wants to work in a place where you are helpless in helping patients.

@@sainiamarjeet everyone has a right to have a private clinic. Also what do you think they do when they go for rural? The govt facility there has nothing working. So we go and sit and prescribe drugs that don't exist in our pharmacy there. And some of us then go and sit in the nearby rural clinics that DO have better diagnostics and labs and drugs. So it's not stopping people from sitting in clinics . Private clinics thrive only where govt falters.

Incentivise it by giving state Quota of 50pc as it currently exists in PG for state PG seats. So you work in rural Assam you ht acces to 50pc . But don't force.
