Greetings and salutations to all! Adam and Jaz back again with a new video. This time we hit the first pin trading event hosted by Disney since Covid! Jaz and I knew that once Disney announced this, we had to go! However we have our own thoughts on the results of the night. Back in the day pin trading events in the ballrooms at DCA & DLH were free. The pin boards had amazing pins including AP pins, now if they gave a free pin with the fee you paid that would be worth it. I would say try it again, hopefully they will improve the next event. Yeah I heard that too about AP pins etc I know a lot of people had the same feedback with the layout and overall experience. I hope they listen to the suggestions for next time! Yoshi is doing much better but still has a way to go! Thank you for the kind words✍🏽

I’m a huge introvert too but so glad to catch up with you both! I totally agree, the layout could be improved. I’m glad I went cause it’s always fun just to trade and meet other pin peeps but I do hope they listen to feedback and improve the setup. It was definitely an exercise in pushing out of my comfort zone. I’m so happy we got to trade you got the Pixar Alien set! Hope Yoshi is doing better and gets 100% soon…sending you all the best vibes! ✨

I had major FOMO from not attending so I loved watching this and getting to experience it through your video. It looked like the lines for their pin boards were super long. Wondering why they didn't have more boards but I'm glad there were no scrappers. Thanks for the video and sending lots of prayers/ healing vibes for your cat.
Glad we could provide a decent insight to how this went. They definitely could have had more boards but I will say I didn’t record the photo ops they had. Thank you for the kind words, Yoshi will be back and better soon!
Yeah from the video it looked a bit unorganized at the event and hard to trade with people. Nice little haul! But hope they learn from this one and have a better setup next event

I'm glad you two got to attend the event. I'm sure it's exciting to see Disney embracing pin trading in an official capacity after the restrictions that they put on it in Frontierland. I hope they improve the next event though. The cost to the value ratio seems off. Thanks for bringing us your experience.
It’s awesome that they had a supply and demand situation and the pin traders really showed out! Fingers crossed for the 3pm frontierland cut off to be changed or lifted lol
I totally missed this event--didn't hear about it. But looking at your video, it was probably ok that I missed it, haha. Looked overwhelming! Thanks for reporting on it. I am very sorry about Yoshi--so stressful on you both and the unknown of what the outcome will be is very hard. Please keep us updated on how it's going.
Yeah, they kind of just dropped the news of the event and it sold out just a few hours later lol It was for sure overwhelming/overstimulating. Hopefully next time you’re able to go that one! Thank you for the support!✍🏽

What does the “LE size” mean? Is that how many of the pins are made? Hope Yoshi starts feeling better soon and that you and Jaz are doing well! ❤️
LE stands for limited edition and the number associated with it is the edition size, meaning how many were made. Thank you so much!
