I really didn't know Koreans don't like her because of her appearance...she is so pretty and is always styled so well...
I think she would look prettier without bangs. I heard people have seen her in styles that show her forehead and she is prettier in that style. That isn't to say she isn't pretty...but Young eun in Kepler was also criticized for her looks in Girls Planet but after debut all they did was style her hair differently and she was gorgeous. And now no one criticizes her.
