Since you reacted to Oshi no Ko Op and Ed, I can also recommend checking out openings for Kaguya-sama: Love Is War (I think there are 4 of them). This one has the same author, and it is also very popular. It's recent season occupies the 7th position in the MAL rating chart for quite awhile now.

I cannot stress enough how much I love Oshi No Ko, its story and its characters, so trust me when I tell you: you will absolutely ADORE this anime if you decide to do a full reaction. As for the hint you asked, I can't tell you much without spoiling, but the stars in their eyes are just symbolic of a certain trait that they have to basically tell us, the audience, that they are special (the characters in the show can't actually see those stars and it's not some kind of supernatural ability). For another reaction I would suggest op and ed from Erased. It's not a new anime by any means (it came out in 2016) but it holds a special place in my heart and I'm everyone else who has seen it will tell you the same thing. Unfortunately there's very little content of it on RUclips even though it's quite popular, so I'm sure every fan of Erased would be very happy to see a reaction from someone like you, who pays a lot of attention to small details sprinkled here and there.

As a manga reader i can confidently say that WE DON'T KNOW WHAT THE EYES ARE we know they aren't actually visible to the characters but that's basicly it. DON'T TRUST THE OTHER COMMENTS
Yep, it's an edited version. Visuals of the ed are in a more random order + some scenes reversed Thankfully they did not change the song, so it's already not so bad lmao
There aren’t any (as far as I have seen) that actually have the full correct visuals in order because of trying to avoid copyright. It’s unfortunate, but it happens

The stars are not a literal thing that people can see. It is a stylistic choice. There is a small amount of supernatural stuff in the story though.
