This wasn’t the song I necessarily expected from P1Harmony, but it turns out it’s exactly what I wanted! I also loved Do It Like This and didn’t expect them to be able to top that, but I was definitely wrong. Just everything about Doom Du Doom was great, especially that drop into the chorus.
I went to their last concert stop and I have to agree so hard, they were all singing and dancing like it was their first and their whole concerts vibe was awesome. Stage presence, vocals, dance, etc. they all topped in person. It sucks being a multi because I see how many groups arent found by mainstream media 🥲
im not much of a bg stan, but this song made me look into their other songs and tbh i dont regret it 😭 the mv and the song its so lighthearted and fun like they dont look forcing a bad ass image or something its just bright and confident and unique

FNC has consistently surrounded P1Harmony with incredibly talented people....like you said, from their song production, instrumentation, styling, music video concepts, editing, and cinematography....everything is being done at a high level of artistry. I also saw a picture of FNC's CEO on set during the shooting of this video (the opening scene). I thought that was really cool and a good sign for P1Harmony. I agree that this group is a weird (perfect) hybrid mix of K-pop and Western artistry. I think in part that may be both good and bad for them. They have such a great appeal to international fans, but I've wondered if that has diminished their popularity in Korea?? I've heard a lot of people question why they are "so underrated" given the talent they have. I'd be curious to hear The Kulture Study's thoughts on why that is. I hope that they continue to grow their fanbase and eventually gain the recognition that they deserve. They are such a talented group of artists.

Yes, obviously there were tons of groups I've been interested in and I'm listening to literally the whole Kpop industry. However, with P1harmony I just want to know everything and watch everything. Their variety shows, interviews, listen to the albums, buy the albums, watch all stages, teasers, etc. I don't know how to describe it, but they remind me of BTS in the way that they have very unique voices and I have 0 problem recognizing them - which I haven't had for any group in a while. Plus, they are so fun, I laugh so much watching their shows and it seems like such a genuine friendship. And all the talent (vocally with Theo, Keeho & Jiung, rapping with Jongseob and dance wise with Soul and Intak) - I mean, they are so young and still so talented already
I completely agree with you. They are the only group im so obsessed with aside from BTS. And since their debut, their music has always been so good, their music ages so well. Such a talented group and hopefully they will get the success they deserve soon.

Holy shit i’m exactly the same!! i haven’t “stanned” a group since bts and p1h is the only one i’ve been actively invested in in a very long time! they don’t remind me of bts but one thing they have in common is that both of them were a fresh breeze in the sea of kpop at the moment i found them, and also how even though there’s an age gap, the members seem to be so close enough to feels like they dropped formalities from day 1 (at least that’s what i get to feel as a viewer). I absolutely adore p1h, i hope i see them get so so big cause they (and the people who worked on their videos/music) deserve it so much.
this is probably one of my favorite songs of the year, the chorus gives me shivers every time it starts and the whole structure is just so satisfying. the music video is so visually interesting and fun to watch despite my gripe with the fire cgi, the entire rest of the mv makes up for those small portions

I think they are burning the old, "traditional" flags and flying their own flags (their names are on them) at the end....like they are dancing to the beat of their own drum and just representing themselves. They've really been consistent with the positive message of their songs and valuing a person's individuality.

I had the pleasure of seeing them perform for Hallyu Pop Fest in Sydney Australia, they are amazing live, really blew my mind how good they are on stage.
They did a great job with this. I am a casual listener, so I did not have any specific expectations after Do It Like This (which I enjoyed). Still this was a pleasant surprise. I especially like how they went into the chorus a little mellow before punching it up. It sounds so smooth. The video is also enjoyable. I could not quite put my finger on it myself why it felt different from what I am used to seeing in kpop, so I am glad to hear your thoughts on how it may have been filmed.
I've learned about this group on tiktok because of Keeho's sassy vlives and decided I'd check out their next comeback. I'm soooo glad they came up with this massive bop, this is definely top 10 boygroup titles of the year. Sadly I don't love their other previous titles as much as this one. I loved the inclusion of the imagery of the (I think it's often a woman) woman holding up a sign which round is happening during a boxing match but with the song parts. Aside from the song's fun vibes and the fun and playful elements, I also loved the reference to Nike x "Do It Like This". And as some have said in the comments, DigiPedi worked on this... as they also did with SVT's "Left & Right"... and that race scene gave me almost the same vibes. (:
I absolutely love this song, this group is becoming one of my favourites and I’ve listened to them since their debut. Only thing I’m still watching and waiting for is hearing more from Soul. In the stage performances he has his moments in centre, but it’s parts of the song where all members are singing…
I’ve always wanted to love P1Harmony because I love their covers and they seem so unique and fun. But their previous TT haven’t pulled me in until this one. This is my favorite and it’s been on repeat lately. It’s what I needed from them and they exceeded my expectations. Also brought me to listen to all of their songs and I think they have such a bright future. I think their modest but authentic growth will keep them true to themselves and their music.

P1Harmony songs are masterpieces
I absolutely love this song, this group is becoming one of my favourites and I’ve listened to them since their debut. Only thing I’m still watching and waiting for is hearing more from Soul. In the stage performances he has his moments in centre, but it’s parts of the song where all members are singing…
I’ve always wanted to love P1Harmony because I love their covers and they seem so unique and fun. But their previous TT haven’t pulled me in until this one. This is my favorite and it’s been on repeat lately. It’s what I needed from them and they exceeded my expectations. Also brought me to listen to all of their songs and I think they have such a bright future. I think their modest but authentic growth will keep them true to themselves and their music.
P1h never misses, their music keeps getting better and better, the dance and their mv always keep the attention to 100%

I am not sure if DIGIPEDI did the video for Doom Du Doom it's not shown on their Insta, but they did do the P1H MV's for Siren, Scared , and Do It Like This.
I also agree that this music video and this era further elevated P1harmony to Ult groups because of the talent and all around package
