As someone who's getting back into Yu-Gi-Oh I've really been getting excited for sets like this, especially since I've been leaning more towards the collector side of things lately. I've actually been trying to get a complete set of unlimited LOB to make a display with.
Definitely interesting to see a side by side comparison between the two sets! Very difficult to say which is better - I think the pulls in both make them equally good value depending what you are searching for!
These two sets are so incredible. Konami has really outdone themselves with these. I'm guessing the first Ghosts From the Past will win. Thank you for the continual epic content.

2 nd is better , more ghosts rare to pulls , but I think 1 st ed ghost rares are way valuable than 2 nd one
I think ghosts from the past 2 is better because there are more useable cards printed in it than in one
