I got enticed by the low cost just like you and everyone else. My best advice to you is put factory hoses back on, keep your for spares and sell it to someone else, preferably a home owner with light brush use before you use it anymore to try to get most of your money back out of it. They are made of cheap, undersized steel with no bushings or quality.
One decent sized log will bend it and make it useless.
Look at Jenkins Iron and steel. American made, hell for stout, half the cost of Virning and other quality grapples, free shipping and great customer service.

Looks a bit light duty for your machine like you said but if it gets the job you're wanting done then you can't beat the price. Would be a perfect match for my Kubota B2601 if you decide to sell!
