২০২৪ সালের ১৬ জুলাই বাংলাদেশের কোটা আন্দোলনের মিছিলে পুলিশের গুলিতে শহীদ হন আবু সাঈদ । তাঁর সেই বুক উঁচু করে দাঁড়িয়ে থাকার সাহসী ছবিটি এখানে আঁকার চেষ্টা করেছি জলরঙ মাধ্যমে অত্যন্ত সহজ নিয়মে । প্রথমে পেন্সিল দিয়ে ড্রইং করা হয়েছে । পরবর্তীতে জলরং দিয়ে ধাপে ধাপে আলো ছায়ার মাধ্যমে শহীদ আবু সাঈদ এর ছবি ফুটিয়ে তোলা হয়েছে । শিক্ষার্থীসহ যে কোন বয়সের মানুষ কয়েকবার অনুশীলন করেই ছবিটি আঁকা রপ্ত করতে পারে ।

On July 16, 2024, Abu Saeed was martyred by the police in the procession of Bangladesh's quota movement. I have tried to draw the bold picture of him standing with his chest high here in a very simple way through watercolor. First the drawing is done with pencil. Later, the picture of Martyr Abu Saeed was drawn with water color step by step through light and shade. People of any age, including students, can master the drawing with a few practices.
