मेडिटेशन में वह ताकत जो इंसान को संयम से जीना सीखा देता है।
I practice mediation by feeling my own heartbeat. I try to sit in a calm place and use headphones to block the sound near me and then I start by taking a few breaths , eventually when I am calm enough , and there is very low sound near me I am able to feel my heart beat. It feels soo good and it's so calming that whenever I am nervous or I am stressed my mind automatically tells me to sit and feel my own heartbeat.. and I don't know what it does or anything but it's just peaceful to do, and secondly I don't have a fix time that I want to mediate. Sometimes I do it for 20-30 min Max or even a min of 3-4 min. But doing it daily or just on most days is what I am for.

Just ignore ur thoughts and focus on breathing. It will definitely help you
Simple just try first 5 min. Deep breathing (Anulom -Vilom) .....it will help you to stop overthinking... Maine bhi Krta hu mujhe bahot fayda mila
