Hey Michelle! Great video. I was wondering if you had any insight to making sure you are in a calorie deficit as a breastfeeding mom? My baby is 16 months old and eating some solids, so I know I’m not burning hundreds of extra calories like someone who is exclusively nursing. Thanks so much!

The biggest problem with a plateau is starvation and a lack of dietary stimulation

thank you for these helpful tips michelle. i struggled with weight gain after having kids. it was tough finding time for self-care, but Aspect Health's strategies seamlessly fit into our family routine, benefiting all of us.

Perfect timing. Must admit that I could 'clean up' those extra calories and pay attention to the nutrients as well. Thank you so much for posting and Happy New Year.💙

Lack of sufficient nutrients can cause starvation Horne production. All of our clients are required to take a full spectrum supplement throughout the program

Hi Michelle! I’ve hit a stall on my weight loss journey and so I’ve been finding your videos very helpful and have been trying to pinpoint what I need to change to be successful again. I’m using the calculator you had linked, but one thing I’m unsure of is my exercise level. Currently I walk 4-6km per day , all at once. Should I still set the exercise level to sedentary or ?? Just as a jumping off point. I plan to add strength training soon because I think that will help but in the mean time, just looking for advice in that regard. Thank you so much!

Can you show us someone that you are training? The before and after of someone that is obese and watching their regimen would be interesting. Possibly a new client.💖

Great question and a great Idea for a future video (if I can find a client willing to let me film them lol). I don't have any videos currently as I like to protect my clients privacy when training, but you can check out some client transformations on my website here: michelleroots.com/work-with-me/train-with-me/

Love your content! How often do you suggest we should take photos and measurements to track our progress during body recomp? My weight has kind of stayed the same after I started strength training about 1.5 months ago ( It was decreasing earlier) so obviously just checking my weight is no longer enough to judge my progress..

Great question! I would say pictures every 4-6 weeks. Some take pictures every week but I find the changes are so small that it is hard to see and could be de-motivating. 6 Weeks of hard work then a check in is a great way to track body recomp progress :)
