      @Andrey_Bodrey75 3 месяца назад +4

      @@AussieComrade Alan, we are all adults, what have we not seen in naked people?!)))))) The best time to go to the Russian bath is winter with a good frost! I love diving into an ice hole after a bath - if you do everything right, you can fly into nirvana (a state similar to a psycho-emotional orgasm through bodily sensations, I'm not kidding)! To do this, you need to find a good professional bath attendant or a person who understands this business! The Russian bath is not about "taking a shower and washing your body", it is really a bodily and mental practice! And yes - in a Russian bathhouse it is better to be (ideally) naked, or use natural fabrics. Therefore, in the Russian tradition, they go to the bathhouse either with their family or with a good bath company of close friends, so that no conventions interfere with flying to Nirvana!)))) Therefore, if you want to really understand the culture of the Russian bathhouse, I strongly recommend visiting a place where they do it professionally and do everything right, and also give recommendations for visiting the bathhouse at home! Good luck, guys!))

    Happy Birthday!
    Georgian kitchen is very popular in Russia and there is a rumor that best shefs moved from Georgia to Moscow for money, that is why it is better to taste Georgian kitchen in Moscow. Even in Novosibirsk we have several good Georgian restaurants.
    I would also recommend Uzbec kitchen, especially pilaf.
    For an interesting cafeteria with a choise of delicious pre cooked meals try 'кулинарная лавка братьев Караваевых' - there is a big network in Moscow, so you can easily find it next to you. They have very tasty desserts, pilaf with duck and many other food for a reasonable price. I was in Moscow recently and this cafeateria is my favorite now. Unfortanetuly it is Moscow only network.
    Also I would recommend Skuratov Coffee for a coffee to go. To be honest, almost any coffee in Russia is good, but Skuratov is my favorite.
