Clear out the store and only build a out door shed for storage and let yayo used the present store as his bed room and used the outside bath room and toilet.

You can do mulching using the maize stalks for the soil to retain moisture to carry the plants through the dry season
Nasto, you do not need to put a tank stand elsewhere. Just on the underground water tank, you can still raise the pillars to the good height and put a tank on top with enough pressure to supply the house, at the same time have a room below

So Nasto have you contacted Charlow Kush for his uncles to come and see if they can get water in your compound? So many of us encourage you to call them months ago since they had struggled and now they are so happy because they have water. Just having the underground water tank will not be a permanent fix because what happens to the moths that rain doesn’t fall?

Control room for water machinery is a good idea
Some advise, be careful of putting any heavy structure over the tank. If a problem should arise you should be able to open it to get it and correct it. A gazebo type structure is different, because the posts holding up the structure would be around it and not on it.
Nasto, re the mesh curtain, you use the Velcro to hold it in place. Put it the curtain on the outside of the door so when you open inside it will not bother it. Next time look around for the heavier type of mesh protective curtain, it hangs better. It does help keep the insects out while allowing air inside.

You can create a raised structure over the water tank but not for your outside kitchen. Stick to your first plan and create the outdoor kitchen where you first intended.

Yes that is a great idea for a gate allso please get a long water hose make sure it long enough to reach a cross the street where that hole is with the water in it, you might have to get more than one hose measure it, hook the hoses from end to end and water your garden.

Water is very important. Make many watertanks. Make also a pipe that can let the water come out, when the underground water tank is full of water and the water can come out the underground water tank. Water is very important in live.

Nasto instead of building another tower for the water why can't u put it on top of the underground water tank, just put pillars and put the house supply tank on top of the underground water tank

Better you let water from the roof go straight to the underground tank than passing it through another tank, so that the other tank will go up the tank stand above the underground tank to make the place look good than duplicating tank positions
I would suggest you buy a solar pump for the water and a control room for the water pump unlike using a generator. Generator will turn out expensive because of using fuel

People generally beliving building water tower with metal high is the solution, it is no always like that, a simple house flat on the ground level you don't need a water tower, the bigger the Tank, the better it is forcing water out through gravitational force, the water behave funny if it find exit, the pressure will increase the momet it find it exit, like that plastic there in your compound, it will supply that house of your comfortabbly although it may look lower on the groud, the pipe taking water in your house can 1, then reduced to 1/2, the is the tap size, the water coming in the tap will have enough pressure in your house than you may think, in your case the problem is storage, doubbling the plastic ontop of others is the solution as described below, you do not need metal water tower, it is also true the high the tank is the better water gravity, it is also true the size of the tank matter to the property on the ground level. if you are exteding the piller up then put another plastic tank on top there to suplay the house, the same size of the current tank, good idea.

Nsto you got it wrong, just built a water tower on top of the current plastic tank, not too high just about 500mm the gap inbetween the high of the current plasic and the base of the tank of the new tank, that tank will suply water in the house, just 4 legs concreet pillar will do, the water will be pup up from any of the 2 tank into it, it is just simple, put another tank over the current plastic tank, could be the same size by concrete pillaer, No rocket science neded here, so simple
