My photo made it as the thumbnail! Thanks for the feature Kasey! You have inspired me to quit photography and only make videos. In return, I would love to cast you as the hero in GIN 2…
Better watch out Kasey, JKastle might offer you a lifetime subscription to his streaming service…only one way to cancel that…or should I say, ‘have it canceled for you…the hard way’.
2:13 that's exactly how I got home after clipping the wings 😅, but a second later on the shutter and he would have been completely out of the frame. Thanks for the roast Kasey. Im happy that I made it into the "some what tolerable" section of the show... Hawks catching giraffes is big a problem here in Africa 😅
Please do more (or nothing but) photo by photo commentary from now on. This is so good. The personal experience of being commented on by you can be ... compelling. You are saving Photography. It needs saving badly.
Dude! Lighting in this video is top tier today. Looks like youre filming at one of Tony Northrop's many cabins Switzerland.... Great job Kasey... Side note, I hope your mom is doing well.. I remember about a few months ago you stated her health was not so good... Best to your mom and you
That Koala opening was dark, but then you doubled down with the old man 😂 Cookie monster will definitely win due to his "num num num" ability 😉 Anyway, I'm feeling masochistic, so I'll submit some shots.
This series is a masterpiece! When this flat Earth is destroyed and our reptilian ancestors return, break through the dome to repopulate. I hope they find clips of this RUclips channel stored on a forgotten server and realize how advanced we had become in photography and photo critique.
Kasey, compliments. The lighting today is the first time I thought: hey that looks good 👍 You followed a make-up/beauty lighting tutorial, didn’t you? Reflection from underneath. Looks good.
As a photographer who doesn't give a rat's patootie about video, but loves your style of humor, I will take what I can get on the subject of photography. Yes, that was a 29-word sentence. I could have made it an even 30 words if I didn't use the contraction.
Koalas aren’t bears and every Australian has that fact drilled into them from infancy. They are more closely related to kangaroos than any grizzly. Fun fact: Australian kids aren’t allowed to ride kangaroos to school anymore, only emus
This may be the best studio lighting, color-grading and background I’ve ever seen in your videos. Really looks wonderful and pleasing. Which camera, which lens, and how did you light yourself? Whatever the details, keep doing it.
Latest fad AI program, "Make a picture with a hawk and perfect toneh, including Metadata from the latest fad camera lens combination. Then email to camera conspiracies."
I have a question. First of all, thank you for being you. I want to know your opinion because I find your views valuable. I shoot on a Fujifilm X-T30. I won't reveal whether I shoot stills or video, because why would I ask a photography related question on this channel? That would be absurd. So, let's hypothetically say that I hypothetically shoot hypothetical portraits (which I don't. Obviously.) and I want a new lens: Sigma 56mm 1.4? Sirui "Sniper" 56mm 1.2? Viltrox 56mm 1.4? Voigtlander 50mm 1.2? The first three have autofocus which is tempting, the Voigty is manual and twice the price. What say ye, oh wise one? Is the Voigtlander truly worth it? Truly? Is it? Be honest, you f*ckin fanboy. I've seen enough of your videos to know that you'll probably name your first child Voigtlander. Thank you. You're beautiful and beloved of God.
The "Photographers are like..." used to be more fun, when created on the spot (improvised). Now: reading. At least read from a teleprompter! Photographers are like teleprompters, they give you something to look at.
OMG I'm falling of my chair with laughter. "All I want is the perfect picture" should be your new by-line. I really think a new Comedy Photo Review Channel is in order. Great work destroying these photos with such humour.
The dark alley shot has potential for a book cover (murder mystery perhaps) - there's plenty of black space top and bottom for title and author. The old guy portrait would be better closer (or with longer lens) with fill flash or reflector, shot vertically, showing the man's hand holding the cane. Shooting in bright sun always makes for harsh shadows (I prefer cloudy days for this reason). There's too much distracting background detail. I had the same thoughts with that cane. Almost appears as if it is stuck in the ground. He should have just held it or leave it out of the frame. The pop on that image almost makes it appear as a green screen shot. The hawk shot is good but sometimes having just a blank sky background makes for a boring image. Sometimes you have to show some of their habitat either trees or water. If he did crop it perhaps he should have framed it a bit to the left unless there was a distraction there perhaps. The woman with the blue-red lighting is the worst one although it has some artist appeal in a gritty sense. I would have shot that closer with warmer tones and just a hint of blue/red - it's too "solarized" imo. The framing is bad with the vertical lines left and right.
For the dark ally picture, it was actually a Sigma lens. 🗿 It was also the only nighttime worthy lens I had at the time until I got a bunch of vintage Pentax K mount. I do miss focus all the time with them though. Also, dark man gave me the stink eye for taking his picture, so your analysis is spot on.
I guess you are better at being mean as hell come on I am glad I found your Channel again.I love you channel maybe I am older now the world is on fire and everything is going to he'll now this channel come on bro.😊

I guess I need to get rid of my full frames so that my photos never end up here.
"Tigers don't eat fruit" needs to be on a t-shirt
The first photo used the rule of centers.
No,the rule of thirds, just happened to be the middle thirds ;-)
@@fujiuser1968😂
It simultaneously uses the rules of thirds and the rule of centers. Amazing skill
First shot was auto framed by the DJI Pocket 3.
I couldnt stop staring at the outlets in the last pic. Truly unforgivable

Bro imagine this series, but people send you their (max 15 sec) videos instead. I need some filmmaker roastage too.
What is the combination of camera and lens for this video? Looks sick. And I´ve tried almost everything there is.
that shot you took on the sony a7s iv T0.65 of the lion is amazing.
Meanwhile me still using CANON 1200D and 50mm lens for professional shoots sometimes XD
Surely Spiderman would come to save the spider???? Ant-Man would save the ants. 😂😂
How are the wings clipping? I don't get it. Please elaborate.
He cut the tips off.
wow the lightning and colors today was on point, finally after all these years you did it

Hahahahaha. Cookie. Yum yum yum yum yum. Hahahahahaha.
Somewhere between micro four thirds and medium format lies the oddball sized sensor they call 'full frame.'
And "full frame" means 2 different sizes depending on whether your talking photography 35mm, or cinematography super35/aps-c.
