    She should be running 2024 Paris Olympics in Men's division and win the 2024 Men's Olympic Gold Medal Marathon, easily. Beating world's best marathoners! Not unrealistic. 2:11 Marathon is historic, stunning, Pre-historic level, Epic, un-heard of, amazing., once in a thousand years occurrence, etc

    • @kirkdillabaugh1627
      @kirkdillabaugh1627 Год назад +2

      Seriously?? She ran outstanding. 2:11:52 is a great run, but stil 108% of the men's record (so on par with the differences in other track records). There were 27 men in that race today that beat her, so to suggest she would win the men's race is ludicrous. Just enjoy the performance.

    • @seewingyeerealestatecoach

      @@kirkdillabaugh1627 However, Berlin Marathon, London Marathon and the world's top 10 marathons yes top men runs in low 2:09:00 and low 2:11's. But many other annual marathons, 2nd tier ones, such as NYC, Boston, Amsterdan, LA. SF marathons, she would finish in top 10 among mens. Please check 50 year history of Men's Olympic marathons and other top 20 annual marathons and she would still finish in top 10 among elite mens running times. I rest my case. BTW. in Paris 2024 Men's Olympic marathon, if she run it, she will place in top 5 maybe even top 3 and win a Olympic medal!

      I don't think male pacers should be allowed for female races. Feels disrespectful for earlier record holders and spectators either. Is it what we are going to see from now on? 3 guys running in front from start until Km 42 and pushing them forward? Won't be exciting racing to watch.

    Please note that comparing Bridgit's record,and Assefa is unfair because.Chicago Marathon does not allow pacers. We do not know how Bridgit would have run with pacers,nor do we know now assefa would have run without pacers.None the less its aworld record. Pacers make a difference,and that's why they are used.But as always, there is never abetter comparison unless they are running in the same race.
