I have an S curve (70-degree Dextrothoracic). I find that sleeping on my sides is the best for me, but I have to use a maternity pillow so that I can elevate my hips/bent knees to alleviate pressure. Sleeping on my stomach is a big no-no and sleeping on my back causes me to snore and have breathing issues, so not the best option for me.
Is there a difference in treatment between lumbar scoliosis and thoracic scoliosis. I am a 77 year old woman and just diagnosed with scoliosis. Thank you for your videos. I've learned much from them.
🤔I have a c-curve and every video and article says to sleep on concave side supported by pillows so I have a body pillow between knees and pillow under my side. Some info said gravity would pull curve down this way. I don’t know if I could sleep on my back because my bump is sometimes uncomfortable against a chair.

I bought a brace from my orthopedic surgeons office, and it hurts my ribs, so I don't wear it. My financial part was $500 after insurance. Now my insurance will not pay for another one. The one I saw on your site looks like it would be good. I have a 40-degree turn & T7 is the apex, but I also have a bend in the lumbar. How much are they?
Each brace is made for that patient so it would be hard to say without knowing more about your case. To find out more about our approach, kindly visit: www.scoliosisreductioncenter.com/treatment-approach.
