Installed the diverter only with mixer today and for the most part used this video as a guide. You mentioned something about turning the inner cylinder more than 10 times and having a problem and i had an issue where it was bottoming out with the deep extension and turning more than 10 times without the extension. These kits come with a little spacer and that's all i needed to get a good fit. No lesks and looks great! It's a lot easier to get the bath waterat the right temp for my baby.
I thought it was fine but obviously I'm not a plumber so I don't know anything. Honestly if it doesn't leak and he doesn't scratch things up, I'd be ok.
