The new torrent is such that, even if the torrent doesn't hit, if the hero walks in the effect they take damage. So before that change, if you were affected by 1 torrent, you didn't take damage for overlapping torrents and now you do. That's all I know, but I might be wrong, since I never play that boring ass hero.
Because the DK did not stfu the entire game, bitching about something constantly bickering with teammates, why the Void did not mute the DK is a mystery.
Kunkka's torrents can now easily stuck on top of each other because Bloodstone now has aoe buff and torrent minimal distance was changed to 115 in 7.35
