Phantom is weird, he's treated very nicely with content like IS2 and all kind of different music, but there's like 10 lines of dialogue for him in the entire game
Maybe it reflects his nature as non-talkative type? I mean, you know what kind of power his real voice holds.

Yostar wrote the description in poem with actual rules+ rhythm (8 syllables per stanza; the rhyme: pen-then-men, but the "write" though, maybe they decided to sacrifice the rhythm to keep the original/CN context?)

Stanza is a group of lines not lines. Also it is not necessarily the rhytm sacrifice as this particular short poem aims to have a prosodic rhythm rather than "standard" rhythm achieved through rhymes, hence the rhymes here are imperfect as you noticed with write.

This IS-2 really slaps that it could also fit in for a boss fight. Speaking of which, Scriptwriter's design looks good. It got that classy victorian style

Would be cool but also it would also be busted, amazing, and impossible. Keep in mind that he is a play writer. He writes plays. But this is Arknights. So his arts is basically making fantasy come to life. So no matter how much phantom tries to get away from the troupe. Playwright simply writes away so that they are still watching phantom. If he was an op, he would be a caster and summoner since his play wright abilities are really powerful since he makes things come to life. It’s that broken. Also he’s part of the troupe, so it would be impossible for him to just join rhodes island since he’s a play writer. He’s part of the group. But someday we will have him. Also apparently he among only a couple of people if not just him is not afraid of the troupe leader, and pretty much he is equal in power against him

@@kasagrim7215 Honestly not that bad considering Dusk whose abilities are similar if reduced in scope. Also Logos can probably overpower him as Logos's arts operates similarly but has even more power behind it.
I'm always surprised at how short his tail is.
After defeating the playwrite with rng and AH team I can finally listen to the boss music at Is2 lobby.

Playwright: I wrote it so that Lucian got chosen to play as a spy in R.I.'s most recent film-themed concert so that the fanbase can make jokes about it when his mind control is eventually reactivated and started wreaking havoc again.
