This video helped me figure out the interaction I was working on. I had puppet on screen and I wanted learner to use series of dials to control the upper and lower body. However when the legs would go into a squat position they would separate from the torso section. I was able to put the torso in the slider as the thumb and still do multi state image for the thumb that was controlled by separate dial. Thanks for the video!!! I would have never thought to do this!
That's fantastic! The full tutorial course is available on our website and we're aiming to give it a complete refresh for Articulate Storyline 360 this year. 🚀
I'd be interested to hear more details of exactly what you hope to achieve, but I think what you are asking is possible and I go through this in more detail in the full tutorial course here - discoverelearninguk.com/store/create-a-side-scroller-game-using-articulate-storyline/
I am planning to purchase your create a side scroller course, but i am curious if you are planning to design more affordable courses with javascript project like this. I am high school teacher transitioned to newly instructional designer.
Thanks for your interest in the video, Simon! As the description explains, this is a taster lesson which is part of a full online tutorial course available from our store at www.discoverelearninguk.com/store. The course itself features 2 hours of video based content, and provides you with access to all of the project files and JavaScript code which we write during the course.
