Exploring The Old Farm... (Pizza Tower)

- Fun Farm is a pretty "meh" level on every metric. It's a boring location, the enemies and gimmicks don't really make it stand out amongst the other Floor 2 levels, and it's overall sticking out like a sore thumb in the level line-up of Pizza Tower... and there's a good reason for that. Today, we'll be looking at this level's history to see what caused this level to feel so bland. And spoiler alert: over-ambition can genuinely do more harm than good.

I'd love to see one of these for every level in the final game, and maybe one that covers each scrapped level.
Also I love Fun Farm.
I like Fun Farm, it’s designed to be taken more slowly than the other levels, and the music reflects that. Also my hot take is that War is the middle child in difficulty of floor 5 as Peppino. I’ve had more trouble with Don’t Make a Sound. Yes, on my first playthrough I beat War in my first try. Also no, I only have the free P rank from Doise.
There is also another version of Fun Farm in the Beach & Forest build; It's kinda like a mix between its appearances in Western and April 2021, although Mort himself is missing, as are the Mort Cubes, and the room farm_9b is skipped entirely.
You should do one on “Wasteyard”

oh I love these types of videos, maybe cover saloon next? Since it has 2 entire different styles scrapped for it! Pinball and kung fu! (pinball to kungfu to saloon, its a bit confusing but very interesting!)

Mort cube
Fun Farm is one of those levels that you beat and don't think about. It feels mind-numblingly easy but i'd rather have that than oregano desert where at time it can feel a bit inconsistent in the level design. That level is probably the closest to the old SAGE philosophy where obstacles only slow down the gameplay instead of improving it imo

In my opinion, the best fun farm version is the one from scoutdigo even if it’s not official

Hot take of the century: I think pizzascape is from a mid to above average level.
With some of my favorites being ancient cheese and pizzas are but we don’t talk about those

I think I’d rather make a video on the Rework build instead, that seems much more interesting to me than hating specifically Pig City. That build really needs to be dissected, there’s no way that things needed to be changed that much
