In the planner community, we use a product called “undu”. It takes stickers off of paper without leaving any residue or mark behind. That may work to take off those labels.

Thank you so much!! Believe it or not it's still holding up, but we need to update it because his tool collection has grown and now he has a lawn tool collection.
