I have been watching all your videos and just love them. Your technique is beautiful - so straightforward and elegant. And the end product looks so delicious. Yours are among the best videos that I have watched and that includes from professional chefs. I have one question for you - How do you get the bottoms of the Le Creuset pots white again after you have sautéed meat in them. I can’t seem to get the brown/burnt stains out of them. Perhaps, you have a special technique?
Thank you for your positive comment 🤗 to avoid the brown/burnt stains I never cook with high heat, I usually preheat on high then reduce the heat. My cleaning technique is to soak the pot then drain water add some coarse Himalayan pink salt, rub in with non scratch sponge rinse again. Works well for me. Hope this helps.
She's doing a demo video for people and using a knife that most people have in their kitchen, but yeah if someone is breaking down meat a knife made for it would help. Most people don't even own a meat knife except for maybe a carving knife.
I agree with the guy that says not everyone has a good knife I also use what I have and make it work. She has very good recipes so don’t worry about her knife
I've always wondered why Costco mechanically tenderizes so many of it's beef cuts. If it's a tender cut to begin with, why add the risk of contaminating the meat? Why force consumers to cook the meat to 147 F, which is more done than I like. Anyone else feel this way?
this sirloin looks yummy..

I would blend the veg and return to sauce instead of using cornstarch...just a thought! Otherwise it looks great 😊
Great idea 👍🤗
Buy the chuck roll. More tender.
Maybe so but here in Canada Costco does not carry that cut
You better believe I’m doin’ this.
I would have trimmed the silver skin first…..
Do you have a cook book
