me too. I'm actually not allowed to wear high heels anymore due to a foot injury. Doctor told me if I wear anything higher than an inch, I'm likely to permanently damage my ankle, so now I stick more to flats.

The main reason why their company makes them wear such high heels is because aisha and sihyeon are much taller then the other members and would stand out. I really hope their company lets them wear more comfortable shoes :(

In conclusion, if u're short and wanna debut in a group.. make sure to practice dancing in high heels.. bc they'll give tall members normal sandals or shoes and shorter members.. those frkin high heels.. so that the group looks balance.. and not that obvious height difference..
I dance and jump around in heels of all sizes and even though I know when to stop or where to move that shit hurts and cramps your foot after you take them off
and I'm not saying small baby jumps, I'm talking full on jumping, pouncing and running
it gets very painful after a few hours and i only do it every once in a while
imagine them who have to do it all the time
