Hello! What do you mean by beginner? Beginner to reading or beginner to reading novels? These are some books that I've read recently that I got through fairly quickly and found the writing to be straightforward. I'm not a very fast reader, so I think these are good for people getting into reading or that have a hard time staying with a book (which happens to me a lot ☺ ) : - Silent Patient (Thriller/Mystery) - Yellowface (Thriller/Mystery/Satire) - Vicious (Fantasy) - Crying in H Mart (Memoir) - Daisy Jones and the Six (Historical Fiction)
