You can't do that, and it doesn't matter what console, consoles are already optimized to run the highest graphics possibly at the highest frame rate, but on ps5 in the consoles settings is a thing called performance mode, which isn't like the one on pc but it kinda helps like removing shades or something like that so check that out on yt if u have a PS5
