San Francisco Fire Department Engine 41 returns to Station 41 following a medical call, on Thursday, February 22, 2024.
A part of Battalion 1, Division 2, Station 41 is located in the Nob Hill neighborhood at 1325 Leavenworth St, San Francisco, California 94109.
I was staying nearby at the Fairmont and swung by after getting breakfast at Bob's Donut & Pastry Shop.
According to Guardians of the City: The station opened in 1910, and was vacant from April 15, 1956 to April 15, 1957 for a rebuild, as well as vacant May 2, 1996 to August 13, 1997 following an earthquake retrofitting.
