Imagine the show ends in a cyclical structure. So the bear becomes a stable restaurant but carmys mental health becomes worse and then Sydney tours around the world like Carmy and gets a name for herself. But meanwhile carmy offs himself like mikey and Sydney has to now take care of the bear just like carmy did for Micheal. Tbh I wouldn’t mind that ending

Great episode. I think there will be a good ending for Carmy but it won't be at The Bear. My prediction for season 4 is Bradley Cooper will be a guest star.

Unfortunately actually quite disappointed in all your opinions on season 3 but that’s why personal opinions are so great I guess. Because I hated s3 and I was a massive fan of s1 and s2. S3 ep3 and ep 6 were easily the best in this season. Literally every other episode was just either flashbacks we’ve seen a dozen times already, two people talking about something we’ve all heard and doesn’t develop anything new or just artsy intros that mean nothing. Episode 8 was absolutely abysmal but I’m willing to blame that on the fact I cannot stand Jamie Lee Curtis. Actually nah I’m not that was just the most boring episode ever, and I am all for character development but there was no need for a 40 minute episode just of giving birth and a repetive script and just call it a “character development” episode. The writing and just the overall flow of this season just felt so so so off it truly felt like something went wrong with production like Covid affected some of the walking dead episodes. Maybe the strike caused it idk. There’s so much more I could say but this season was truly terrible.
I love you guys but I sort of think you guys may be blinded by the fact this is bad just because season 1 and 2 were so good and the characters are great. Carmy and Syd weren’t even in it much ffs, THE FAKS PROBABLY HAD MORE SCREENTIME AND CHRIST THEY ARE SO ANNOYING WHEN THEY ARENT USED IN SMALL DOSES.

Gotta disagree on Richie in season 1. He gets so much work done in season 1. It’s shown to us that the way he’s acting is a reflection of his grief. His grief and trauma of losing Mikey and being afraid of the changes carmy is bringing. The development is there. No shot is cousin one note at all

Great review/breakdown, this is firmly the best show on TV right now. Perfect word to describe it, in my opinion, is brilliant. So excited for what comes next.

The Bear is the most overrated show of all time. Watched it and it felt generic.
