Great last day video, Neil and I are sad to see it end for now. Congrats to you both on your two Disney trips, and Congrats Leigh, you are finally getting to visit New York and Disneyland Paris.
When in NYC try to visit Woodbury Common outlets - it’s fantastic! Went to NY this year for two weeks and had a ball. Went to DLP last year, Disney village area is great and the train takes you into Paris direct from outside the parks in about 50 mins. Another must visit is La Vallee Village - again, great outlets and loads of bars and restaurants. 209 days for me until Florida xx
Yay! A trip announcement!!!! 😀 Thanks for sharing info about the Sun Pass! We have an Ipass from Illinois and can use it in Orlando, but I don't feel like British tourists know about it!
Very excited for the $20 day videos as we are coming for the first time without ddp in august and are all in on cheap meal videos at the minute. You will have the best time at DLP ☺️
When you are in Pinellas County (Clearwater Beach) for the sunset, you should also explore downtown Saint Petersburg. It has all kinds of restaurants and shops as well as a great park that stretches along the waterfront. At the northern end of Pinellas is Tarpon Springs which has Greek restaurants and shops for you to "mooch".
Sometimes the scan don’t read the SunPass. You will get a bill in the mail. If you are using a US address, you may never see the bill. Charges are added on charges if you don’t pay.
I think Tom Sawyer Island is the hidden gem in MK a quiet haven in a busy place. We loved just sitting in the rocking chairs overlooking thunder mountain
Oh you will love New York. Everywhere seems so familiar as its featured so many times in films. I love Cracker Barrel the food is SO good & so is the shop.
With the Sunpass transponder, how do you know the rental company isn’t charging you for using the tolls on their transponder? I’d be worried about being charged by them as well as on the one you’ve bought. Do you ask the rental company to turn off sunpass?
Two lovely trips to look forward to 😊 New York is a great place to visit, we did a long weekend about 15 years ago now! Took our eldest to Disneyland Paris back in 2006 which was lovely too ❤️ We’ve all really enjoyed watching this series of vlogs and we will look forward to what’s coming up 🙌🏻 thanks xx
Nice reveal guys :) looking forward to the vlogs. Hopefully more trips later in the year ;) ... Sunpass defo worth having give u the choice for when u have a toll route
Woohoo! Two more trips! Hope you love New York it’s my favourite.❤️ Walk down the High Line park and enjoy eating on the roof of the Met overlooking Central Park . 💋
Wahoo I’m in the May gang too. I recommend going to Disney’s Vero Beach hotel - it’s amazing and my happy place. I’m also going to Disneyland Paris in July - I own a dancing school and my students have successfully auditioned to perform there from ages 5+. So I’m also interested in the Disneyland Paris tips!
I have thoroughly enjoyed every vlog from this amazingly epic 5 week holiday, gutted for you that it's over for now though, I am so excited for you for your travel plans, cannot wait for those vlogs, they're gonna be EPIC!
In NYC, see either Moulin Rouge or Hadestown. Go to Juniors for breakfast, try Johns for Pizza over by Frozen. Ignore the guys trying to give you their mix tapes, they are exceptionally rude.
I thought you said may in yesterday vlog with delayed bleep hahaha. Awesome...some exciting adventures. I can't wait see Disney Paris. Idea of New York sounds lovely but I don't fancy crowds so have yet to go. Congrats on upcoming trips!!! 🥰
Omg you’ll love NEWYORk , there is a fabulous place for brunch 57th and 7 th near Carnegie Hall it’s patrossiam the coffee is amazing cakes to die for . It’s near the park so you can go and walk the calories off! The metropolitan museum is fabulous. You’ll have a fantastic few days . Looking forwards to your vlogs exciting .
I guess that you’ve got the free half board standard meal plan for Disneyland Paris? That means the restaurants you can eat at will be buffet type ones. If you fancy a waiter service type meal and great theming then try the ratatouille restaurant or the jack sparrow one which is in the pirates of the Caribbean ride. You’ll need to top up your vouchers, have a look at boothill blog, this give you the top up value and if you want to do it. My friend recently stayed at dcr and she said the restaurant there was the best one they dined at. Fast passes are like at Disneyland California but you can pay for them too. You can also book your restaurants at 60 days, some of the really popular ones like the character meals book up fast so I recommend doing that. There is a group on Facebook called Disneyland Paris for brits. I got loads of great tips and advice on there. Also defo use your early magic hours, you’ll get on rides with very little queue!
Disneyland is brilliant, if you fly into CDG airport Paris you can take the metro underground from the airport and the last stop is disneyland it's the fastest and cheapest way to get to disneyland from the airport... you'll just love it way less ques fast pass system is like disneyland california.. you have to do crushes coaster and ratatouille they are brilliant
Hi! I am new to your adventures and I love them all. I can't wait to see Disneyland Paris. Also, have you ever done a tourist video for London? Thank you so much for sharing!!!!
So glad you’re finally going to DLP !! I went with my daughter and her friends for a girlie few days last year and it was magical !! Spent so many years thinking it would be a pale comparison to Disney World Florida - how very wrong I was !!!
Re your upcoming New York trip!Just came back from NYC and I have a suggestion for your trip. As first time visitors I am sure that you will be taking in some major sights and would guess you may be staying in the Times Square area. The city can be very full on and the restaurants chain based so my suggestion is to take a morning away from all this with a half day trip to Greenwich Village.Take the subway (cheap and safe} to Christopher Street and within a 5 minute area you will find the Stonewall Inn and memorial, Friends apartment building, Carrie Bradshaws house (didn't go as no interest to me},Cherry Lane Theatre and an abundance of quieter walkable streets with many family restaurants {think market street diner} and independent shops of all kinds just a lovely place to browse and people watch. Nearby is the beautiful Washington Square Park with its arch (a great place to blog from) and two subway stops away the Flatiron Building and Madison Square Park which is smaller but just as pleasant and close to many coffee shops. That's my suggestion guys but whatever you do get out of the Times Square area!Have a great trip.
A challenge for your May trip - rope drop to fireworks at Magic Kingdom 🤩🎆🎢 Also for Disneyland Paris call ahead to book restaurants or you'll struggle to get in to eat in the parks
Ah, such a shame that after all that excitement surrounding the trip reveals that both were cancelled due to COVID-19. At least you’re not alone and it was the same for everyone. I’m sure you’ll be back there when possible & safe and in the meantime, you’ve managed to keep yourselves and many others amused with your lockdown antics and old vlogs.
Looking forward to your Disneyland paris vlogs.. Me & my family are going in August for one day on our way back from southern france... any tips/hacks advice is appreciated 😃
I’m new to watching your vlogs, have loved watching this trip. We are off to Disney World in December, so I have been eagerly picking up tips, particularly on places to eat or snack. We are also going to NYC in July and last visited in 2018. My highlights then were, being at ground zero really early in the morning (jet lag) but worth it as it was empty, walking across Brooklyn Bridge and the Yankees game we went to. I wondered if you share your trip planning as you go?
I’ve been to Disneyland Paris twice & my top tip is don’t bother going! It’s just not as good as Disneyworld. The hotels, food options the way the park is run really needs improving. The Disney village is absolutely dire,Disney Springs it is not. Also 5 days might be too long,3 days would be more than enough because it’s not that big either.
Hi Lodge Guys - you said you had nowhere booked for May. We have a 4 bed villa with pool/spa and 2 master King bed en-suites ideal for you and Chris and Jen on Terra Verde gated community. Due to a cancellation we have 16 days free from 2 to 18 May 2020 at the moment. I can do a nice discount rate for you as I would love to see our villa on your vlog
Wow! All of your trips sound fab! New York will be so amazing & set you up just right for your Disney fix in Florida 😊 And I hope you love Disneyland Paris as much as I do! Nick, you're gonna scream 😱 on Space Mountain, Big Thunder & Indiana Jones 🎢😛 Please book in for a character meal at Inventions, it's the best!
I knew it would happen....I could see it coming a mile away....that's right, it piggin buffered right en cue, the EXACT moment you mentioned the month you're going back.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Looking forward to Paris trip....I went in 1999...i bet so much has changed since then.
Yay DLP my second home 😊 although it's not WDW it's as different as LA and has it's own feeling. It's my fave castle and its manageable . Defo a day in each park then a day in both x
Book your dlp restaurants now. You can do it online, so much easier than phoning. Do you know which dining plan you are on? If it's premium you'd want Walt's, inventions and California grill I'd imagine going by your previous blogs. If not premium somewhere like remy and captain jacks would suit. Can you not stay in a hotel actually on site? Sequoia lodge you'd love!
New trips sound fab especially the first bit of the first one, I dream of that! Also very excited to see the 20dollars in a day thing which might help for our August trip
Thankyou for the brilliant vlogs ,I'm sooo excited I love New York love Florida and love Dlp so excited for the next trips glad not long to wait ,I really hope you like Dlp a lot of peeps dnt like it but I thought it was amazing, very different to Florida and by the look California but it's good in it's own way ,and I'm so excited you are going with Charlotte and nicky 😊☺☺😊
Just watched the latest vlog, still loving them. If you've got room in your suite case in May count me in.😁 or if you're travelling through Kent on the way to Paris pop in and say hello.👍
Have enjoyed the holiday vlog, loved seeing more of the Florida area as well. $ 20 a day Challenge at the Parks for the budget minded person that's an idea. Trip planning in the lodge videos. It's been an enjoyable trip to watch plus catching up with your UK Road Trips and home vlog. Cheers xxoo
Cracker barrell looks ace always nice to have a proper home cooked meal at some point over the holiday. What date are you going in May im on an 89 day countdown cant wait.Great vlog 🙂👍🇱🇷
I went to see sloths in Busch gardens and got to feed one Love sloths they are worth a visit. You really show there are other parts of Florida worth visiting if you dont like the parks .Your vlogs are the BEST 🥰🥰🥰
When you are at EPCOT have you ever ridden Mission Space Orange? I can’t recall ever seeing you ride it. When you come in May I assume you mean NYC when you say your coming to NY? We live in upstate NY near the real Saratoga Springs and if you ever have a chance you should visit it. Thanks for the vlogs, we really enjoy watching them.
Sounds like a great year ahead, you guys have a good group of friends around you. I’m looking forward to seeing Nick rage in Paris 😂, for some reason nobody knows how to queue in DLP.
Hi guys, love your channel ❤️ If you still want some ideas for things to try could you try eating gluten free in the parks for us folk with allergies? Food allergies are a nightmare, especially for snacks xx
Hi please do a vegan day at Disney. We are going to universal end October then we found your you tube videos and now we have bought Disney passes for the second week and my tight Yorkshireman of a husband said we need to stop watching these guys they are costing me a fortune haha. Yvonne and Kevin x

I was expecting Nick to go on an anti-toll rant. Tolls seem like something that would set him right off, but he remained so calm.

I use my Sunpass to pay for airport parking, great going through at midnight without having to stop...
Haha back at the lodge!! x
It is too bad that Covid kept you from coming back to Fla, then to NYC, then back to Disney Paris in 2020. I hope 2021 is so much better!
