I know right?? I feel the same way. I would've never learned about such deep concepts of life and human itself but seems like the more I'm coming to know about all these, the more depressed I am getting Bec there are so many questions in my mind which I have no answer of.

The clue/message that I interpreted from the performance and stuck out the most was the beginning of DIONYSUS. The man with the veil in the middle with a horse.
In Ancient Greece, there was a demoted King who wore the veil due to anger after his honor was insulted and publicly attacked by men in power. (Read the story of Demaratus)
Now the song N.O by BTS is a socio-political song that talks about society's pressures and ideals and how BTS wants us to resist it and say no.
DIONYSUS is a story about an artist who is drunk with passion for his artistry.
When BTS remixed N.O + DIONYSUS after seeing the veiled man's intro, I knew they wanted to send a message. That they are angry and in pain because of the "system". Obviously at the beginning of the year, their meteoric rise was undeniable BUT at the second half, the so called "system" in the entertainment industry began it's work to shade/deny their achievements. As well as using them for clout (Hence, Grammys and other award shows) Even this recent MMA 2019, there were rumors circulating that an entertainment company was brewing underhanded tactics against BTS.
To me, for what I understood, the N.O + DIONYSUS remix means saying NO to the powerful individuals who show contempt for the artist. The industry's system who lambaste BTS' honor and success.
You also have the new duality currently going on within the Grammys structure: A new 2019 female Grammys President, who is doing everything in her power to bring diversity to the Grammys by inviting more women, people of color and those under 40 to become voting members in 2019 while doing everything in her power earlier this year to position BTS for Grammys nominations: Inviting them to become voting members, inviting them to be presenters this past year, inviting them for an interview at the Grammys Museum (which is THE BEST BTS Interview I've seen to date), BTS allowing students of the Grammy University back stage to learn technical aspects of their performances and shows plus having their tuxedos from the 2019 Grammys displayed currently at the Grammys Museum VERSES what's going on behind the scenes with the Grammys long standing voting members: the flagrant politics at play, fear of change, an arbitrary mindset, the good-ol-boy, white male system/mentality that's firmly in place, coupled with their lack of inclusion, diversity and overall knowledge or concern about global notoriety and success that BTS represent on a level never witnessed before in the music industry.
I hope BTS and Big Hit take every opportunity to remain within the Grammys structure and are willing be a part of the change that will inevitably take place within the Grammys structure; albeit, a slow and steady one.

One thing I'd like to point out: when the shadows from white become coloured because they are awake, it's interesting to see HOW they become coloured: jin with time glitches and a sound of a train (time travel); v with darkness and the sound of graffiti spray; jhope with colours and images that remind an amusement park; suga with fire; jimin with water/rain/fog; jk and namjoon are the problem tho: cloudy effect and plants...
I truly believe this is a nod to BTS universe.
Okay this might not make any sense but as a previous drama student I can’t help but mentally analyse everything in performances😂 anyway I’ll get on with my interpretations
I agree with the solo performances each having some connection to the bts universe however I did notice with Jin he is the only one who is elevated higher than the others, alongside this Jin is the only one who has those powers in the bts universe. Obviously a higher level = a higher status in theatre so I feel that those powers seperate Jin from the rest of the boys hence why he is raised higher than them. Also Jin clearly has control over the horse with the reins and as you said the horse can represent wild instincts, primal drives and intense feelings. I feel like referring to the bts universe the boys represent the horse and Jin is the one “controlling” them and their realities each time. The reason I feel the boys represent the horse is because of those primal drives etc because of taehyungs stabbing, namjoons instinct to fight, yoongi’s and jungkooks suicides etc. Yet Jin is time traveling to control or prevent those things from happening.
Also before I move on to more analysis I did some research and a horse also represents power, grace, beauty,strength, nobility and freedom and throughout this observation I will refer back to this. Also in some cultures a horse represents the four elements, earth, air , fire and water which ties in with your analysis of the boys representing each. However to me the horse looks like ice or blue like water yet when jin whips the reins a horse of fire gallops away behind him perhaps having another connection to the elements.
The boys being shown in the first vcr asleep with their shadows roaming freely behind them can also suggest the repressed energy of their conscious selves and horses seen in dreams can be interepreted as repressed energy so the constant showing of the horses in the performance can represent their own repressed energy from the real world and not in their dreams.
Now back to my analysis of the bts universe timelines. ( sorry this is so long I just analyse so much😂😅)
So when Jin first comes back ,before he changes the timelines, Namjoon is in prison for fighting someone at the gas station. Now the horse representing primal drives, I feel namjoon fell victim to it as he had the fight with the customer ONLY when namjoon was threatened/attacked by the man’s words and horrible actions and the primal instincts when attacked is to obviously fight back, as he did.
Taehyung also falls victim to primal instincts when he comes to stab his father to death. Although Taehyung wasn’t attacked, violence is a primal drive/instinct. “Kill or to be killed”, Taehyung and his sister was being abused in the timeline and when he saw his sister being abused Taehyung set to “kill” rather than his sister “to be killed” and he also ends up in prison like Namjoon due to these primal instincts. But over time in the story line it seems as if Taehyung sort of begins to catch on to something not being right with jin and Jin’s plans of reversing the mistakes. In previous reels or music videos both Taehyung and jin are on top of the board thing and jump into the water as a suicide attempt I think ( I’m remembering this all vaguely so don’t criticize me if I’m wrong ), water can represent a overwhelming of emotions, anyway, thus I feel Taehyung having an awareness the other boys don’t, raised his power/ knowledge hence why he is second most elevated in the solo performances as he dances on the table. I would also like to point out how I noticed Taehyung’s performance was before Jin’s this then has a break in the timeline if it showed Jin first as he has the most power, this could represent taehyungs new rising power of knowledge like Jin’s. Also Taehyung and Jin both are seen in previous music videos as opposing as in light/dark, angel/devil, good/evil. So these two nearly coming at the same level of power due to knowledge can fit well with the war between good and evil as well as the others. I unfortunately have forgotten my other points but if I remeber I will continue in the comments.
Both yoongi and jungkook attempt suicide due to INTENSE FEELINGS of depression. I haven’t got much to say about this but I did make some connections with yoongi and fire.
Yoongi is always connected with fire and in this, yoongi’s background is fire all around him and what song does he represent? Oh. Fire. An element. I’ll leave you all to intercepter the rest yourselves as you see where I’m getting at with this.
In addition to this in the bts universe timeline who is yoongi most connected with? Jungkook. And both commit suicide yet their solo performances both have a key thing to them. Water and fire. Opposition. Yet opposites attract apparently so I don’t know how I can interpret this clearly but yoongi and jungkooks connections in the timeline and the solo performances clearly fit together. Also not to sound weird but jungkook ends his performance on his back in the water laid out and how did he land when he committed suicide? In the same position and the song he dances to is save me. The transition from yoongi’s performance to jungkooks is a calmed atmosphere and a smoky scene, perhaps like jungkooks water put out yoongi’s fire and left him in a calm state plus both yoongi and jungkook start and end their performances with smoke, yoongi’s fire was put out due to jungkook.
Jimin dances beautifully in his cloth dance with elegance and beauty. Like what a horse represents aswell as grace and freedom. But jimin scenery is all white and empty it’s just him and this sheet. Jimin is also alone and dressed in all white in the wings area in the hospital. The emptiness is the absence of the boys and the white sheet could represent the bed sheets of a hospital and he emerges from it at the start of the performance but the sheet being so large could represent how he feels so trapped within the hospital life as it swallows him as he was under it. Plus the song jimin dances to... “i need u”, who? His friends?
Also hobi’s performance to fake love shows him having control and power over the lights and the dancers, I don’t know how far I can go with this interpretation but perhaps if it connects with his bts universe, his narcolepsy doesn’t let him have control of his own body as he can’t help falling asleep whenever, in this performance hoseok clearly has a lot of control over his body as well as the lights so I believe that this is a dream like reality where he does have control and he is in the dark so it could represent the darkness/emptiness in dreams and the light strobes could be the faint light of day or reality breaking through or him slowly waking. Also this may seem too extreme but the song fake love and his mother abandoning him all those years ago could be the fake love. Also in the fake love music video J Hope seems to be in a room of child toys or carnaval toys where his mother could’ve possibly left him with the bar of chocolate which he curls up laying in a pile of them, but it’s traumatic and he may had grown to perceive his mothers love as fake.

Just a thought; in connection to the webtoon and the universe, the performances seem to represent the “shadow” in the sense of their problems and their situations(if it makes sense). Taehyung’s represents a sense of hopelessness (No more dream), Jin’s fear of losing what’s valuable to him (Danger), Jimin’s loneliness (I need u), Yoongi’s anger (Fire), Jungkook’s feeling of suffocation and sadness (Save me), Hoseok’s feeling of betrayal and inadequacy(?) (Fake love), Namjoon’s sense of being drowned by the system (Dionysus)

Had to rewatch the Into that was uploaded by Bangtantv to bring up one point, and noticed another thing. The first 3 secs (aprox) seem to rush through a tunnel of some sort, may be from the perspective of a train or something (Trains are mentioned in the TxT Universe too! *coughs*)
The shadows of the boys are made up by what defined them in the BU maybe. Maybe not to a T..
RM: Vines (Seems to be the one who opens the door to trhe storage room the boys are sleeping in.. The root of it all?)
Jin: Train (Including the traintrack noise)
Yoongi: Fire (Well uh. Yes. BU)
Hobi: Ferris Wheel (What kind of a mother just abandons their kid in a park?! BU)
Jimin: Steam (Possibly, there was even a hissing noise)
V: Grafitti (Even with the spraying noise. BU)
Jungkook: Clouds (I think. Unsure. Quite breezy ontop of a building, I'd Imagine. BU)
Might be wrong, idk. Half of them (If not more) seem to point back at the BU. Also, the monitors they were looking at after they woke up all showed the videos their solo performance was going to display later. So I guess, technically.. We all could have seen that coming?!

The train is also in the MAMA vcr...still have no idea what to make of it tho 😂 also about the shadows you could be on the right track. I think that somehow/someway it’s gonna end up that the BU characters are the shadows of the real ones or something like that 🤔...still too early to know for sure tho, so who knows!

It would be interesting to know the history of all of these concepts and BTS' overall visions. Like, for example, did Big Hit hire or incorporate a concept team consisting of experts in Greek mythology, Roman mythology and Psychology throughout the years to form all of these beautiful layers of nuances, musicality, and hidden meanings while basically turning the focus on their fans to help us heal ourselves, recover from painful situations and trauma as an invitation to learn, grow and excel in a parallel alignment to the success and growth that they are continuing to experience as artists and young men? Just a thought..

So I'm just watching a bunch of Theory Thursday videos, old ones and I just noticed Blood Sweat and Tears connections to some of the solo dances. JHope dances in water in BS&T, and RM is drinking absinth. There might be a link between V and Icarus too. On the other hand V is covered up in a white fabric, similar to the one Jimin emerges from to do his solo dance.
I'm still watching and new to all this but thought I'd share :) So there is a connection to Wings afterall.

Hey honey! I just can get this idea out of my head, so i'm posting something here.
If the boys are really representing seven Greek gods, but we all know that's not all, I think we would be talking about the concept of shadow or persona here. In the first hypothesis, our persona is usually larger than we really are, as it turns out to be our projections; conflicting with who we are to ourselves and who we aim to be in our ideals of behavior (for the world / other). The figure of gods is a good mask, a good statement of who we project into the world, overestimating ourselves; always wanting to show our strength, power and confidence.
On the other hand, I feel they can talk a lot about the shadow of each of the boys. The shadow is the unconscious part of our self, where we store everything we repress for not understanding, everything we are afraid of. So it contains all the potential for repressed life-long power. Awakening who we are is awakening the god in ourselves, finding the real source of our strength, power, and confidence.
According to Ludwig Feuerbach, and I have heard that Hitman Bang has made philosophy in college (idk if that's true), humanity has invented gods so they could be what we are not, and have the answers we do not have, therefore, so they can be what we cannot be. This thought, for me, can be applied to both the persona and shadow hypotheses, at least I can see from these two stained glass windows (what do you think?).
And Jin's horse: for some reason I remind me about the Trojan horse, and how it is used to cross the city borders. It is given as a gift, but it turns out to be full of soldiers ready to invade the city. I think that makes a good comparison to the way we get into our shadow, or maybe even the way it invades us. Horse also represents courage (among all the things we mention in this chat kkk), and seeing Jin taking the reins is exactly what you said in the video: they are ready to embark on this journey of knowing each other.
Anyway, I love content that makes me think and feel and take from myself a meaning of it all. Which makes me discover a lot, a lot, about myself. So, once again, thanks to BTS and Big Hit staffs, they are amazing.
And i'm so delighted to find your channel and to finally connect with people that also love the content of BTS storylines and concepts of the albums, that brings so much thoughts and truly sensations about life and death. Anyway, bye. s2

For me the performance certainly meant more than just entertain the audience. Its a missive to the industry.
About the Spartan king who was ridiculed ( The veiled man) I think it represents Big Hit. After all was'nt Big Hit ridiculed by the big comlanies ever since its flight took off? Big hit , the ridiculed king, left the gathering (circle of industry) with promise of avenging himself. Just like the famed spartan king living the actual gathering but tgia time what did Big Hit do?
Big Hit strikes back! The veiled King returned! bringing with him the 7 gods to continue his reign .
Also, I think the veiled man represents Shadow, a personification of it on stage. I have arrived. That sort of message

This channel is so underrated, you are really doing a great job with your theories and you’re doing your research properly, and what? 10K subs only? You should have more subscribers. I have a suggestion on how to get more subs, your videos are a little bit boring to some viewers, for me they are incredibly interesting, but really, you should Include more memes, and funny reactions, try to make videos shorter, and also play some music ( that is related to the topic ). And most importantly be yourself

YOUR MIND!!! i always thought about how distinct Dionysus is from the other songs in Persona, how it's the last track and how its visuals is the easiest to associate with Wings and BST visuals. i'm sure we'll go back to HYYH storyline and it makes me think about how some theories say Wings is an alternate version of HYYH, but maybe both are real, Wings being about their Shadows waiting to be unleashed, like you said!

That red cross is a part of stage, they use crosses to make marks so you know exactly where to place props/stand during performance :)
Simple explaination yoongi is comfortable with mikes... He rarely uses headmics except when u need ur hands free... I saw a theory. Stating hoseok could do the next intro.... But i personlly think yoongi will clues point more to that

I'm intrigue to hear what you have to say. I know you've touched on Jung and Dionysus in other videos as well. I did some research but mainly used Nietzsche as a guide when it comes to Dionysus.
