Can't believe these clowns actually thought my favorite player should be out of the league. How does a guy making 4 mil a year give more effort than guys getting paid 50 mil a year? And I'm glad people are finally seeing this. Us Russ fans knew this. We know he gives more effort on the floor on any given night than ANY player in this league. Glad people finally woke up and actually watched him play.
Bro I’m with you, my brother and myself are big fans of Westbrook, Westbrook was great with clippers, he safe number of games … but T Lu didn’t couched good
My favorite sorta content has become Russel Westbrook redemption reformation, playing awesome in year 15-16 videos. I can literally (and do) watch every video, never gets old. A1 entertainment, seriously, Russ is the best.
We are definitely loving russ here in Denver. I haven't heard one nuggets fan not say they really love him and watching him and his personality and and and and Ect lol He fits like a glove to a hand here
As a Denverite, Westbrook is absolutely a fan favorite now. He fits sooo well with our transition-heavy offense because he can force turnovers and recover loose balls on the defensive end, then initiate the break the other way. So fun to watch. Would love to see him finish his career here with a ring ♥
League will be different when he's gone. I've appreciated every inch of my Russ journey. Mistakes and all. Effort trumps ALL else in my book. He is a vampire. Instead of blood, he feeds off positive energy. Feed him well and try keep up!
LeBron is the real locker room vampire. Drains the life out of everyone he plays with and any up and coming player who imitates him ends up a half effort no defense flipper. Feel bad for Austin Reeves.
@@steveshin820 yes, he's a good role player. However, the Lakers are constantly trading players that are way better than AR ever will be. Like Westbrook, Dwight Howard, DLo, etc..
if Westbrook is a starter and finisher then Denver is winning that's how to use his greatness the reason Jokic took him from other team aside of his high- energy level he has these accuracy on assists as well as on rebounds and most of all can generate plays by himself like Jokic that makes them compatible in one team here in Denver
Calvin Booth - Michael Malone destroyed the Denver Nuggets and Jokic's NBA era. They gave maximum contracts to players that no one in the NBA wants, for Jamal M., MPJ cannot get a bag of popcorn. Giving 52 million to Jamal M, MPJ 40 million next season is a crime. They are not even worth 10 million on the market. At the end of the season, the contracts of Christian Braun, Julian Strawther, Peyton Watson expire and they leave, there is no money for them. Lazu fans are looking for an all-star reinforcement - they only have the option of bringing a disabled person from the bench to the NBA, and a disabled person before retirement. They are eliminated in the 1st round of the playoffs.
Westbrook is the first player that Jokic advocated for and suprise, suprise, Jokic knew what he was doing asking for his team to sign him. Nearly everyone and their dog was skeptical of this idea from the very beginning.
Everyone always downplays him because of the lebum fans media and that pressured russ to be westbrick but in reality he did not fit the lakers because lebrons a bum and cant playmake for shit
Love watching Russ as a Nuggets fan. Energy, effort, playmaking, and the much needed occasional bursts of scoring when given the chance are what has been missing since Bruce Brown left. Who said Russ can't buy in to the system?
Honestly I'm relatively knew to basketball only started watching last year. I am very happy to see Westbrook do great in denver. I remember hearing about him back when he was in OKC and when he came to the rockets. Sad how his career trajectory was declining but now he might get his chip finally
I felt the Lakers didn't allow Westbrook to play his game, too where he could impact the team very well. He could've made the Lakers and LA Clippers better , but ego's will make you by pass gifted players.
Westbrook is the most athletic point guard in history in my opinion and if he had gone throughout his career playing like he is right now more like along the lines of John Stockton he could have gone down in history as the greatest point guard ever. It's good to see a coach and team that finally have got him to buy into really playing smart basketball.

I like this version of Russ a lot. I hope he doesn't too much of the rock-the-baby stuff though. I think that he is at his most lethal when he remains within himself just a little. It is fantastic to see him doing so well.
It's just sad that Russell Westbrook has been playing with a bad crew and bad organizations since leaving OKC and people blamed and ridiculed him for it. His time with Denver so far was a redemption of some sort and a reminder to the rest of the league that this man can still ball at a high level that he has a lot more pent up energy left in the tank that went unutilized because he's not able to exert himself with the past teams he played with most especially the toxic LA teams. With Denver, his chances of winning a championship was never in doubt. It's only a matter of time.
Before the James Harden trade, Russ was leading the Clippers and they were winning. James is doing fine now but i wonder which Clippers team would better. How valuable is 3 point compared to lock down defense and stat sheet stuffing.
Denver is the only team I like to watch. It is very weird growing up in Chicago on being a Jordan fanatic it's still surprises me that I only like to watch Denver.
Honestly I've always hated how everyone was shitting on Russ calling him Westbrick not showing any respect when the dude was/is Mr triple double...Before Joker, Russ was THAT GUY and well...Joker's thrived in a system that lets him be the new Mr. Triple Double and now Russ as the former Mr. Triple Double (when his 74% overtakes Joker's 79% he gets his crown back lmao) gets to experience and thrive in that system...With how happy Russ looks and the love he's getting in Denver I really hope that he stays cause so far I've loved watching him play for them
I didnt liked him since he tried hero ball without KD and blew it multiple times. Than all those TDs are for nothing, losing games. Now he is playing the best team basketball.
Just out there clown in her Mr Westbrook just the clowning show them let your game speak for you baby boy yes you do just keep it up keep it up love it love it love it
Russ actually has better impact on his team than lazy azz defender lebronze. He always brings it on both ends and doesn't care about anything. Idk why casuals don't appreciate a Westbrook more than a leminus
Trying to replace Russ with some random player like Kris Dunn is just historic comedy. The only thing this Clippers franchise have is their huge multi-billion dollar arena and a rich owner like Steve Ballmer. Same thing with the Lakers. If there's one bad thing about Russ' career is the fact he played with the worst franchises in NBA history who only trade players out of their fanbase clamor with a ton of market share yet, couldn't make a decently competitive team. Jokes on them, they're stuck paying a max player millions who hardly ever plays due to his injuries and another washed up guy who has become delusional about being the system himself.😂

Especially LeBUM.
did the clippers make the right choice letting go of russ?
Yes and I rather have Russ feeding Jokic than being spot up next to harden
after the harden trade, yes. But they also made an amazing decision getting one spectacular starting season out of him and a decent 6th man season
Nope L after L
No. They never should have got Harden. That was a HUGE mistake. T
Nope
7:24 And all it took was the best player in the world (Jokic) believing in him. I absolutely love this.
I WANT Westbrook to win a ring soooo bad.

same, aswell as butler

I am a Denver fan and hate how people have treated Russ on other teams. So happy we can appreciate him here.
When this trade was completed, I questioned Denver's decision...how wrong I am.
Wasn’t a trade they signed him for free for literally the dirt minimum a player can man.
@PrimeKobeBryant That's right...and I'm wrong. I'm glad you called me out on that.
Zato Jokić nije…On je znao šta je ekipi potrebno….
Give credit where it is due. He has been a great from day one. He plays hard and never takes nights off.
He’s great
Lol everyone called him washed now he’s respected lmao the lakers didnt know how to use him
Ong lakers is a mess when it comes to forcing a great player to play a different role 😂😂😂
Lbj only wants to run in spurts
Russell wants to constantly push the ball and put pressure on the rim

Russ has definitely become a fan favorite in Denver!!!⛏️🏀🏆
Statistically Westbrook is the best PG ever. Can’t wait for him to play LA.
he took all the blame in the past teams he's been glad he found a home where he can play

Years following Russ career... He is really good. Definitely a Hall of Fame.
I had no idea Westbrook had that dawg in him; it's great to watch him compete, he clearly loves it and is still a damn good competitor.
I never gave up on Beastbrook when all that hate and blaming bs came from his little LA stint. Russ would do well in any era.
Thanks ❤🎉

Lebrick Turnover _ames
Is it fair to say Brodie has elevation conditioning at this point? which contributes to his career revival
Never heard that take before but I love it
Possible, we got anecdotes of players getting gassed when they play in Denver
So happy for Rus! 😂
