yo , im in canada and ran into some issues with taking out money, if you can have funds sent to a paypal account you’ll ’ be good but if not, you might need to make an account from the uk cuz they don’t ask for banking info. you can create one from ur laptop with a vpn

yeah don't ramp up that fast immediately. start slow and as your accounts grow, you can invest more back into the business

it won't be banned, half of America uses it as a consumer + millions more use it for their business
if it passes the senate it will be bad , I can see lawsuits happening in the near future over this.
