That's also true, but he has offered downloads and other people's uploads for people to download on (one of) his Webs page; I doubt he does it primarily for the views (if he did, he would probably fully ignore download requests). And it's not that difficult to download the songs on this channel anyway. 90%+ of his uploads are the best quality they can be, and RUclips-to-MP3 downloaders that download at high qualities (or often the highest quality available) are very easy to find through Google.
